I feel safest that William who runs this Extra Space is the most qualified and would absolutely never let anything bad happen. He advised me on my insurance and has even helped come spray for bugs to help ease my mind. He's even called me to track me down and make sure I didn't get a late fee if I was too close to the date. The units are well maintained and I do appreciate the cleanliness and care of the grounds. But I have discovered that the owners of the storage unit are responsible for yearly price increases on their customers and these employees do not have control of this. Unfortunately, the owners seem out of touch with the customers who do have problems with annual increases.

She informed me I was paid through my original rental end date which was $40 short of the money she debited my account for. So it's been 3 months and no refund.
