The equipment is always clean and in good repair. The facility is full of helpful items from boxes, to moving accessories, to things that you wouldn't even know that you might need. There is a strap gadget that you use to make it easier to pick up heavy items like refrigerators. They even have moving services available for you. If you need somewhere to put your stuff, this place even has secure self storage. I would not hesitate using this location for any moving or packing needs! The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

Public Storage 'says' that Strong Point didn't leave our contracts with them so they are claiming they can't or won't honor them. I don't have that kind of money. I left an extreme home situation and had no choice but to put my life into a storage. I hate they did that to me and the other renters. I also hate that they did that to the staff. Such a shame.
