The latest managers reek of something shady. Fees are getting tacked on for no reason, and even though I'm paid up, I can't get in the gate. Yep, I'm locked out like I haven't paid my rent. Any time I need to get in, I have to call someone (no one lives there anymore) to tell me a code I can use to get in. What a pain. The fact that all the storage places the former owners owned were bought by another company but under different names just seems odd. Will they suddenly close one day? Oh, and management is useless. The woman in the office is nice but knows nothing. She's obviously brand new to the industry and can't do anything. She won't even give you the name of her boss, should you have a problem. Her bosses are condescending and rude. Just go to Public Storage, half a block up on the corner of Germantown Parkway.
