I packed literally everything up but the furniture and it took 3 boys over two hours to haul 8 pieces of furniture out of a one bedroom apartment. They only had to disassemble the bed. I asked them ahead of time then on three other occasions to cover my 2 flatscreen tvs and my desktop screen and they still missed one of my flatscreens and wasted time disassembling otherwise stuff that fit through the door. They took the door off for one thing then put the door back on wrong to where it wouldn't shut. After all this they broke the breaking system to my thousand dollar bicycle I've had no problem with since I've owned it. These boys look like they have no experience and just figured out the opposite sex exists.

Thankfully I called Guardian and they made it happen! They showed up either right on time or a few minutes early all 3 days of my move (yes you are reading that correctly) and did not stop working once they arrived. Their pricing was fair and they loaded everything as efficiently as possible. We had a lot of stuff and multiple beds/bunk beds that needed assembly and reassembly. Barry the driver was the only employee there all 3 days but the other ones I met worked hard and did great the days they were there. Moving is stressful but Guardian made it as easy as it could possibly be for a last second cross state move. They give you 1 price on the front end and don't nickle and dime you to death. I don't leave reviews but this one is well worth it. Be wary of their lower rating on here; looks like some frustrated part time movers to me. Take it from someone who got great service for a 5 BR family home; go with Guardian and stop stressing about who will move your stuff!

Booking: The user experience from the bellhops website is so user friendly, with no extra fluff to distract or confuse potential clients- something I really appreciate when I was "shopping around". Following the great website, the customer service when booking on the phone was quick, easy and the agent was very informative and friendly. They are priced competitively and fair, and knowing how great of a service I was going to receive, would have gladly paid twice the amount. I booked my reservation for help with loading a POD container 2 weeks out, but also called 2 days before to see if there was any availability to move up my losing time slot on the same day. The agent I spoke with said she would call each member of my team to check their schedule and she would let me know. I received a call from the same agent no more than an hour later with my update. Day of Loading: My team lead; Kevin texted me an hour and a half before my 2:00pm start time to introduce himself, asked if I had any questions, and offered to pick up any tools or items needed for the loading. I wasn't expecting this at all, but can't be more appreciative of the customer attention and service! Team: Kevin, Claude, and Jeffery were PHENOMENAL! They were incredibly professional, efficient and very friendly. They made a conscious effort to take care of all of our items and wrap each piece of furniture as if it were their own. Ours was a hard move, lots of items and downsizing into a smaller house with an eager client waiting to move in the house we had sold and Cooper was very accommodating to make all parties happy! Our only complaint...the bill! It came in $1000 over the quote! They sent 6 movers instead of 4 and let me tell you that really adds up!
