They NEVER answer the phone at the location, it always rolls over to the main CS. Someone broke into my unit without removing their cheap lock. I wanted to use my own lock, but they said I was required to buy theirs... a cheap barrel lock with very little to secure the latch. Now they tell me I'm out of luck because I have moved my belongings out already. I moved the day before my next $252 charge was going to hit. They stole EVERYTHING of ANY value and basically left my clothes and some dishes. TV, PC, stereo, surround sound system, laptop, $350 window AC, $500 mountain bike, $1000 in high quality cookware, not to mention all of my personal paperwork including my medical records... ALL gone! Worst storage on earth! Don't rent here if you want to keep your stuff!

Secondly, they took pictures (of the cut lock and ransacked storage unit) for record keeping and supposedly made a report. But when I filed for insurance and asked for those pictures, they can't find the pictures. Lastly, I just asked them to verify that my storage unit was broken into and the lock was cut. They denied those claims that my locker was even broken into or there was a cut lock. They took the pictures of the cut lock!!! To be fair, I should have taken my own pictures that day, but I wasn't thinking. But if you're thinking of using this storage locker. DON'T.
