Scheduling the pack and move was not difficult at all. Each time I called or they called me, I was helped to the highest degree. On moving day, they packed and loaded up our things in a caring and timely manner. They were even able to disassemble, load, unload, and reassemble my baby grand piano (other movers contract this out). I was highly impressed with their courtesy and efficiency. We were very pleased with All My Sons and would recommend them to anyone.

The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

I called them after his death with complete cooperation and paid the storage and gave them all they required paper work they requested . Less than 3 weeks later they allowed someone to access it , cut the locks and steal all the property. The manager BRANDON was clearly involved and refused to give any information about the matter. We contacted MPD and filled a report. We also paid for insurance of contents and Brandon refused to give us a claim form. We are now in the process in filling a lawsuit due to complete negligence and breach of contract. I would steer way clear of these people as they are beyond dishonest .
