    Quote I received on Yelp. Company rep Hannah said she didn't know what I was talking about, despite me giving her the Customer ID number.

    Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I requested a quote on Yelp. I received a quote of 2 movers for $139/hr and 3 movers for $179/hour. I called the company and a representative named Hannah answered. She only quoted me a price of 3 movers for $199/hour. I told her about the quote I received on yelp and she said she didn't know anything about that and placed me on hold for 10 minutes. She came back on the line and told me their company could not move one of my items and to try another company. I then told her I would get with another company to move the one item(piano), but that I still needed movers for the rest of my home. Again she told me the price was 3 movers for $199/hour. I then asked again why the price was $199 when I was quoted a different price. I also asked her about having 2 movers instead of 3 and she told me I had to use 3 movers. I asked why that was the case and shared with her that i utilized their services a few years prior for the same items and only used 2 movers. She then placed me on hold again. She came back to the line and told me her company would not be moving my items and I needed to find someone else to do it. I asked her why that was the case and she said her operational manager said so. I asked to speak with a manager and she hung up the phone in my face. I am LIVID and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The picture of the quote I received from Yelp is included here.

    I wish I could give them no stars. I had a move scheduled for Mid afternoon noon Monday at 7:24pm the driver called me to inform me they were not coming. I had talked to the manager (Anthony)several times throughout the day for an update and he assured me they were wrapping up the first move and headed to me. The next morning Anthony told me they would fit me in or I could reschedule for another day. You would think my move would be priority next day since I was booked and deposit paid. Nothing is professional about company. I do not recommend worst company I've ever dealt with.

    i wish i could give less than one star. All My Son is a Terrible Company. Hello, I used the moving company on 4/5/2323.Before my move date i told them i needed the movers to arrive after 9am because i work nightshift as a registered nurse. The morning of the move they called me at 7:45 stating that they were on the way. I was still at work. I felt rushed so i called Will the person i told about arrival time and he was like "i talk to lots of people everyday Ma'am." I also told them i would provide my own clear wrap, tap , and cloths. But they still tried to use they're own. So i reiterated the message to the movers and they were unaware of this. They also tried to charge me for it as well. One mover was rude and cursing he had locs and glasses. The guy with locs claimed about taking down my bed and appeared short tempered when he couldn't figure out how to disassemble it. The over mover was nice and well mannered and professional.The movers broke my 6 drawer dresser and my king size bed. My dresser leg was completely damaged . My king size bed assembled incorrectly, screws missing , and screws completely stripped. My bed fell in as soon as I sat on it that night. I provided pictures. Lastly, my name was fraudulently signed on the contract forms. No one asked for my permission to sign any forms but when I received the bill my name was signed and initialled. That is called falsifying documents which is a felony offense. My $100.00 deposit was not on my final bill as a credit. Please explain. I do not want to get my lawyer involved. But if I have to I will. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless i didn't like them.

    Items thrown in boxes, not taped.

    I paid $3425.58 for these guys to move me using the truck for a total of 12 miles. Received a call from the manager to pay from debit card and payment clear, before my things would be unloaded off the truck. My items were packed and thrown into my storage unit. No organization at all. Boxes left open , my clothes hanging out. I have items that were supposed to come to the apartment that must be in storage but who can get to anything? I'm sure there is broken items and I have missing items. I'm having to repurchase items . The crew was 4 guys to begin and about halfway through 1 of them disappeared. After the truck was loaded the guys took breaks for over an hour both times and disappeared in the truck with our things. This is very unprofessional. I am paying $220.00 storage a month, now totals $1980.00 that was intended to use only a few months until I could go through my things and move some into a storage I already had. These company practices have to be illegal.

    Rhe pricing per hour is more reasonable than others I called. The service fee I didnt particularly care for as it is as much as the labor

    Long post alert!!! BE AWARE!!!!! I rent a storage from Public Storage on 2130 Sycamore view. I…read morerecently moved from one 5x10 unit to another one because of the monthly rent went from $27 to $157. I came in on March 12, 2025, I told the front attendant my intensions of moving one storage to another. As I am cleaning/ moving storages, which I have now paid fully for 2 storages for the month of March, to let them rerent the one I was moving out of early. I throw a few items into the dumpster (no furniture). On the 15th the storage calls me back and sates that at the time I was moving storages, it seemed that I had some people with me and they filled up the dumpster and they would be charging me 200 dollars. They stated that they would have to pay for an extra dump and that I needed to come and remove the items. I told her, I would try to see if I could find help removing the items. On the 17th another attendant from public storage called and stated that a note had been left to call me about removing the items. I mentioned at that time, how are tenants who rent from you guys supposed to know they cant use the trash bin/ waste management ( not posted anywhere). She said she didn't know. I then stated I didn't know what to do because I paid my nephews to help. The attendant then states." I will figure it out." Now just because how sketchy they have been. I decided to drive up there Monday night seeing as though they said they would charge me 200 for an extra dump that would be picked up before their actual pick up date of Tuesday. I am glad I went up there and took pics because NO one picked up of the dumpster, as a matter of fact it was full Tuesday. Then here comes 2 days later... NOT time for me to pay my bill. They have drafted $250 out of my account (auto pay not set up, but account on file.) I now go up to the office because I am not set up on auto pay and have not authorized them to go into my account. Why didn't they tab it to my monthly bill is my question to the attendant . She proceeds to pull up the camera to show us putting items in the dumpster. As she is showing the camera I notice others throwing things away after we departed. I proceed to ask are yall charging everyone? I am asking because its other people putting items in there after me and they put stuff on the ground. She in return says oh they stay here. I then ask so its ok for them to throw items on the ground? She proceeds to say it's nothing she can do, I call the office back and ask for the district manager.. (Ashley Frauenknecht). When I talked to Ashley she stated that they charged everyone 250 and that since they told me the wrong price she would credit me back the 50 dollars. I call Ashely back to ask for corporate number and she gives my the number as if I wanted to rent a unit. After many failed attempts of calling Asley back for an update I have yet to see my money returned to my account. As of 6.13.25 the refund for the amount overage has still not been applied to my account.

Anyhow, as of that wasn't bad enough. Those of us that were renters had no idea until we got a text and an email that said 'welcome to public storage ...oh, and surprise you now owe us $85+ MORE than what you were paying. Public Storage 'says' that Strong Point didn't leave our contracts with them so they are claiming they can't or won't honor them. I don't have that kind of money. I left an extreme home situation and had no choice but to put my life into a storage. I hate they did that to me and the other renters. I also hate that they did that to the staff. Such a shame.
