We approached All My Sons for an out-of-state move after a friend recommended them. The initial estimate/walk-thru was very thorough and informative. Scheduling the pack and move was not difficult at all. Each time I called or they called me, I was helped to the highest degree. On moving day, they packed and loaded up our things in a caring and timely manner. They were even able to disassemble, load, unload, and reassemble my baby grand piano (other movers contract this out). I was highly impressed with their courtesy and efficiency. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I requested a quote on Yelp. I received a quote of 2 movers for $139/hr and 3 movers for $179/hour. I called the company and a representative named Hannah answered. She only quoted me a price of 3 movers for $199/hour. I told her about the quote I received on yelp and she said she didn't know anything about that and placed me on hold for 10 minutes. She came back on the line and told me their company could not move one of my items and to try another company. I then told her I would get with another company to move the one item(piano), but that I still needed movers for the rest of my home. Again she told me the price was 3 movers for $199/hour. I then asked again why the price was $199 when I was quoted a different price. I also asked her about having 2 movers instead of 3 and she told me I had to use 3 movers. I asked why that was the case and shared with her that i utilized their services a few years prior for the same items and only used 2 movers. She then placed me on hold again. She came back to the line and told me her company would not be moving my items and I needed to find someone else to do it. I wish I could give them no stars. I had a move scheduled for Mid afternoon noon Monday at 7:24pm the driver called me to inform me they were not coming. I had talked to the manager (Anthony)several times throughout the day for an update and he assured me they were wrapping up the first move and headed to me. My experience with all my sons movers was a zero star experience .management staff was rude and unprofessional .They did not show up when they were supposed to . Hello, I used the moving company on 4/5/2323.Before my move date i told them i needed the movers to arrive after 9am because i work nightshift as a registered nurse. The morning of the move they called me at 7:45 stating that they were on the way. I was still at work. I felt rushed so i called Will the person i told about arrival time and he was like "i talk to lots of people everyday Ma'am." I also told them i would provide my own clear wrap, tap , and cloths. But they still tried to use they're own. So i reiterated the message to the movers and they were unaware of this. They also tried to charge me for it as well. One mover was rude and cursing he had locs and glasses. The guy with locs claimed about taking down my bed and appeared short tempered when he couldn't figure out how to disassemble it. The over mover was nice and well mannered and professional.The movers broke my 6 drawer dresser and my king size bed. My dresser leg was completely damaged . My king size bed assembled incorrectly, screws missing , and screws completely stripped. My bed fell in as soon as I sat on it that night. I provided pictures. Lastly, my name was fraudulently signed on the contract forms. No one asked for my permission to sign any forms but when I received the bill my name was signed and initialled. That is called falsifying documents which is a felony offense. My $100.00 deposit was not on my final bill as a credit. Please explain. I do not want to get my lawyer involved. OMG where to start, I got a quote for $500 for 2-3 hour for a 1 bed room apt and I packed everything up myself prior to them coming. They took 8 hours $1500.00 what a scam. The positives first. People on phone I dealt with were informative and nice, very helpful. They sent me plenty of emails with a lot of info, called me a few times to confirm etc, called me before they came out. The guys I had, Travis and " Coach " were very friendly, and super fast! They worked hard in this heat and moved my stuff up a flight of stairs. Now the not so great part. Be careful of hidden or confusing fees. I was quoted 169 dollars for an hour. I put down 100 deposit. Then I see there is actually a 2 hour minimum, even if you don't need them that long. Then you add in gas, then it's mandatory they wrap your stuff in cling film, I had a $135 charge just for plastic wrap. The list goes on and on. So my total for ONE trip from my old place to New place which barely took over an hour and a half was $700. Then they claim the 100 deposit is taken off of that price, so $ 600. I didn't have hardly anything to move at all, this was a fairly easy move. I was not expecting this price. Spoke to a nice lady who set up my appointment on Friday prior to the move on Wednesday of the following week. Was quoted $450-$800 to pack and move small items to storage not even 5 miles away and when they got to my home they weren't told they would be packing. Tall guy came in with attitude and supervisor asked him to video call him to show all that needed to be done. Price went up to 1,500 and then they had to go get the materials to pack and another man. I was livid! I paid $3425.58 for these guys to move me using the truck for a total of 12 miles. Received a call from the manager to pay from debit card and payment clear, before my things would be unloaded off the truck. My items were packed and thrown into my storage unit. No organization at all. Boxes left open , my clothes hanging out. I have items that were supposed to come to the apartment that must be in storage but who can get to anything? I'm sure there is broken items and I have missing items. I'm having to repurchase items . The crew was 4 guys to begin and about halfway through 1 of them disappeared. After the truck was loaded the guys took breaks for over an hour both times and disappeared in the truck with our things. This is very unprofessional. I am paying $220.00 storage a month, now totals $1980.00 that was intended to use only a few months until I could go through my things and move some into a storage I already had. Before my move, I was given confirmation twice that my total would be $800 and several dollars including my deposit for 2.5-3hrs and that 4 movers with approximately 8 years of experience would move me. My items were moved with no damage but they all were not experienced and had to be instructed throughout as if it was an onsite training, that made the process slower. My total was $1000+ for 2.5 hours and when I questioned it, the manager Tim disregarded me and said I received an email that I thought I missed but didn't get till after the move. I also now know that the hourly rate of $209 could have been lowered. I have several more moves to do and I don't trust All My Sons. I scheduled a move with them on the 22th of dec ember. I was asked to pay a 100 deposit for that day.. on the day of moving they didn't show up. They claim they called and knocked on door in which I have a ring camera and my husband was outside in the yard.. I was told it would be 150 an hour and I only needed two. I had already broken beds down, boxed up everything and ready to go.. So they ended up coming the next day.. Before starting i was asked to sign about 10 pages of paperwor. This took almost 15-20 mins.. Once I got to new location before unloading truck I had to sign about 5 more documents and given a price way beyond expected. My son paid expenses Of $715.. WAYYYY Beyond expectations.. I called to check to see why my deposit hadn't been reimbursed and was told it was included in full price.. So $815 for a 2 hour move.. My advice is to select another company. This one charges hidden fees and they're dishonest about the total. First, they charged $109 for FUEL even though they moved us 5 miles. The truck broke down between the old house and the new house, and even though they said we wouldn't be charged for the hour they spent repairing it, we were. In the past, we have paid their competitors $500 for a similar move (which is fair). This company's hourly rate seemed comparable to other companies, but in the end, they charged us almost $1100. Other moving companies, as a standard, expect that they'll use moving blankets to wrap your furniture and don't charge you for it. This company will force you to wrap everything in plastic and charge you movie theatre concession prices for the materials, even if you say you don't want that. We move a lot, so we actually DID have everything wrapped in blankets and plastic when they showed up. The crew leader said we saved ourselves $600 by doing this ourselves. This was my first warning that they are experienced in fleecing people on the day of their move. We didn't ask for a full service pack move. We wanted our stuff moved in a truck 5 miles. Pretty straightforward. I'm hard pressed to think of a person so inept at packing that they would welcome a surprise $600 independent consultation on the wonders of bubble wrap. The only furniture we didn't wrap were a couple of tables that we got for free at a garage sale in 2005 and didn't really care about. The crew leader said that's an automatic $100 fee. He said for insurance purposes, even if they don't wrap these two garage sale tables, in order to go on the truck, they would have to charge us $100 for use of "tape." What?? Because it's "company policy." We asked the manager about this and he behaved as if there was nothing he could do about designing and implementing totally arbitrary policies. We wrapped a $5 target mirror in bubble wrap. They charged us for a 4-part "mirror box" that cost more than the mirror itself, but they actually just wrapped a piece of cardboard around it. I suppose we could have done this for free if we'd known they were so worried about protecting our $5 purchase, but they did not ask. They also moved at the slowest possible pace so that what should have been a 2-hour move with any other company took 6 hours for them. This is where they really get all of your money, in comparison to other companies. They charge you for three men, but the third man just stands in the truck. I don't know what he's there for--moral support? When we asked the manager about this, he said well, you know it's hot out there, so we like them to go at their own pace. Uhh, ok?? Why did we hire these people? There are other exceptional moving companies in Memphis that we have used before, with fair prices and a normal understanding of what a move entails. Well, we hired them because our usual company didn't have Covid-19 protocols listed on their site. To be cautious, we went with the people who stated that they would wear masks. Ultimately, however, there was no point to that because their "masked" crew leader wore a mask that didn't cover his nose and had a big mouth hole, and he frequently removed it to speak to us inside the house. I'm not sure where he got this mask or what its intended use was, but it was like if your idea of how to avoid the virus was by wearing a muzzle. We described this bizarre getup to the manager, who said, "Well he was wearing a mask, wasn't he?" This company also expects that you will sign 10 pages of tiny printed legalese when they arrive (while they are already on the clock) on a small iPad screen that you have to touch while the "masked" crew leader stands 6 inches away holding it and breathing on you. I understand now why they want to pressure you to breeze through this part, so they can get on with their real agenda of taking your money and leaving you with no legal recourse. If they were ethical, they would send you documents of all their policies up front, and they would give you the option to accept or reject individual fees. When we called, the manager avoided us. We had to call from different phone numbers to get him to pick up, and he fought us over every last cent. He finally conceded that he would refund us some of the charges, including the time spent for the truck repair. He then waited a month to post the charges, and when he did, it was for the full amount, not for the adjusted total. He also didn't send an itemized receipt. He was trusting, I guess, that we would stop caring after a few weeks. We explained that we would certainly be honest with other people about not using this service, given all the surprise fees, and because the bill was more than twice what was fair. He accused us of threatening to post a negative review to unfairly "trash" his business. It seems to me that he trashed his own business just fine without any help. read more

Joe was the head of the crew that moved me and he is the only reason I am giving one star. He was the most experienced compared to the other two men that one had been there for 2 weeks (and the company considered them to be an expert mover) and the other, I was his first move. So Joe was barking orders trying to get the other 2 to move faster than they were. At one point, one was sitting in the truck, not even an hour after they had been there. I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment, I am a single mom, do not have much. A couch, two beds, 3 dressers (one being very small), kitchen table, washer and dryer, and one large tv and two tiny ones. I told them this on the phone when I booked the move, someone quoted me around $670. Which I thought was a little low with it being an apartment on the second floor.. So my expectation was to never pay that amount.. I was prepared to pay between 800-1000. They were at the apartment for 3 1/2 hours. It took them FORTY FIVE minutes to drive 5 miles from the apartment to the one story home I moved into. And they won't unload it until you pay so of course, I know the clock is ticking so I am not trying to waste time and spend more money on these people.. So the guy pulls out the ipad for me to pay and I was charged $1,255..... ARE YOU KIDDING That was after my $100 deposit had been accounted for so really my total was $1,355. For a 975 sqft, 2 bedroom apartment???? Maybe you shouldn't send 2 BRAND new movers and one experienced guy that is exhausted from a move he just did across the country. Or maybe not quote so low and then almost triple what someone actually owes. They nickel and dime you for packing materials.. mine was over $100 for the 2 boxes they used for my tvs and the plastic wrap.. the people I have told this story to have all said the companies they used - Cooper Moving, Two Men and a Truck, Primetime, does not charge for packing materials. You are already charging me $160 an hour for these guys and they slow walk around my apartment with no sense of urgency. And training two new guys on MY dime does not seem very fair. After the men left, once I gathered myself from being so upset, I called the owners. All they want to do is argue and explain why you don't deserve a refund. Buyer beware. If All My Sons's associates steal your property, you will not be compensated. On May 6, 2022, All My Sons Moving and Storage stole from my place of residence a PS4, a Nintendo Switch, two controllers, and two games. My roommate at the time was moving out, and she had hired AMS to move her furniture. The stolen items were not packed, and the room in which they were located was not indicated as a room in which any items to be moved were located. These items were not packed and moved by mistake, either; most of the wires and accessories that went with these items were remaining behind, and if they had been moved by mistake, they would have been packed properly. All My Sons refused to deal with me directly as I was not the person with whom they had a contract. They then gave my old roommate the runaround for over a month only to tell her that they had "completed a thorough investigation of the documents [we] sent" and were "unable to offer any compensation" since "AMS does not have sufficient evidence" that their people stole anything. Let me revise my review of Ally My Sons Moving. As stated previously Dangelo, Alex, and Dujuan were very hard workers. After the finished, I advised that they find another employer. I booked with All My Sons Moving 3 weeks in advance. I was given a quote of $139 an hour, which I thought was fair. When I scheduled I asked the scheduler to please make sure that I would be the first move of the day. I checked the schedule and saw that there would be a Memphis Grizzles game the night of my move, and stressed to the scheduler that the move had to happen first thing in the morning. He assured me that it would, and he would make sure that I was first on the list. Well as time passed by and the clock struck 1:00 PM, I was very very frustrated. I called All My Sons to see what the status was, and the guy that answered said he would check and call me right back. That call never happened, and the movers showed up at 3:30. They wrapped up around 5, but of course as I expected parking was nightmare. The move from my current residence and old residence is exactly 0.7 miles, but they were stuck in traffic for more than an hour. They finally found a place to park, and before they unpacked I was told that my total cost would be $992 dollars! Let's do the math, 2 hours to pack, 2 hours to unpack totals $556, keep ini mind I made a deposit of $100 dollars, so my total pay out should be close to $450-550 including taxes. One of the movers put Tim on the phone that stated he was the owner. He stated that I owed close to $200 dollars extra for gas which I was never informed of on front (wait the move was .07 miles and gas cost $200?), also I was being charged for supplies. Again when I scheduled I was never informed of this and asked Tim, where was a contract stating these additional costs? He admitted that he didn't see that a contract was ever sent to me but we could settle things if I paid the driver $700 in cash to get my furniture unloaded. He said he would see if he could give me a credit the next day, but of course I never heard back for him. I went to bed extremely frustrated and exhausted as I became a part of the moving team because I wanted things wrapped up and to be done with this nightmare of an experience. I went to my former residence and in shock I discovered that several boxes, tables had not been moved. I took a video of this and sent it over to Tim, still no response. So day 2 of my moving experience kicked off with me and a friend moving the remaining items. Lastly, I did have an item broken and the mover did apologize for breaking it. Please and I repeat, please do not use this company. Oh, to put the icing on the cake, I finally received a copy of the contract (BOL) later that night after the move. Well, it has taken me a bit of time to get over my chaotic moving day. We moved 6 weeks ago and it will go down in history as one of the worst, longest, most frustrating days of our lives. Let me first begin by stating that 2 of the 3 movers were courteous. They were 45 minutes late. They showed up at my house and reeked of marijuana. I tried to not worry about it hindering their productivity. They refused to take apart my child's crib but gladly attempted to take apart my 2 beds. Unfortunately they couldn't take them apart because they did not have the proper tools. They had to "clock out", go to Lowe's to buy the correct tools. When they got back, they didn't get the right tools SO we looked all through ours which took some time. Then they took FOREVER to take the 2 beds apart and meanwhile I was taking our crib apart. SIX hours later, they had our belongings from our 1,800 sq ft home ALOMST loaded (not everything fit because they did a poor job loading and not maximizing truck space). They made a stop for snacks on the way to our house as the time is ticking away. When they got to our new house they loaded for 2 hours and then one of the guys clocked out and sat in the truck. The other movers continued to move in our belongings even though they were told that they were not getting paid anymore because the job was taking too long. The guy that had stopped working early then paced my entire property using OUR flashlight looking for his phoneme lost. When he asked if he could use our flashlight, one of the other movers was "using" our restroom (he was in there for a while...RUDE) My husband and myself unwrapped 90% of our furniture as they moved it in. After they had moved everything inside, without setting up either of our beds, we settled and tipped them. One of the movers did not want to share his tip so the other that did not work as hard came and questioned us and began yelling in our front yard at 10:15 pm. Yep 10:15 pm. We were told the job would take 4-6 hours total. They showed up at 8:45 am, left for an hour to go to Lowe's, and finished at 10:15 pm. Our white refrigerator has permanent black marks all over the front, our washing machine now makes squeaking noises, our pedestals for the washer and dryer don't open all the way (they are 1.25 years old) a mirror has a dent on the frame....I could keep going on. So much more happened but I don't want to bore you. The company tried to accommodate us, give us a discount etc but too much happened that even a lower charge did not make us feel any relief. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 10-12am they did not show up until 5pm after I called twice requesting status. They were two young boys who were not experienced movers. I had to call two family members over plus myself to help them move because they dropped my sofa and struggled with how to correctly load my belongings. I now have a damaged sofa and I was charged overtime rates when they showed up 5 hours late. Horrible customer service. read more

Scratched up my furniture and the claims process is so laborious and involved (statements from me about damage need to be notarized) for such a minimum amount of money it is not even worth it. I spent over $750 to move a one bedroom apartment into an empty three bedroom house 20 minutes apart. The apartment had easy access with elevators and the house was one story. Contacted All My Sons Moving - I requested an on-site written estimate before my move. A person came to the house on 8/7/2021; I escorted him around to every room inside and outside. I received a quote for $2,385.50, but when I told them another company had a lower price, they gave matched their price to $1,998.00. Day of Move was 9/4/2020. The truck shows up with 4 workers. They begin to move things, and as the truck filled, I asked the lead worker, if everything would fit in the truck. He reassured me everything would fit. A couple hours into the load process, I called the office to ask them to send another truck because I could tell the truck would not hold everything. I was told there were no other trucks, the current team would make a second trip for the remaining items. The move team did not take the news well, and begin to act annoyed, angry even. Load 1, started on its way, I of course drove close behind. Instead of taking the I55 interstate, which was the quickest route. The bus left the interstate and began to take backroads instead. I pulled the truck over and explained they were going the wrong way. The driver said, they were taking a detour to avoid the weigh station. Finally, we reached my house, a good 30 minutes later than if they were on the interstate. I walked all three/four people around the house and named every room, and showed them were to put the boxes (the boxes were marked what room they were to be delivered). As I watched them unload, I began to get concerned. They were haphazardly, unloading, the boxes and furniture. They were no longer carrying heavy furniture; they were trying to put it on a small dolly instead. At the time, I was not aware of the problems occurring with this practice however; later it became a huge issue. Once the truck was unloaded, the lead tech passed the phone where I was this job was complete. I was told to pay for the first job ($1,900) even though the job was incomplete as nothing had been unwrapped or assemble and the job was incomplete. I was told an estimate to pick up the remainder of items would be estimated at least 1/2 the cost. With a very rude tone, they told me if I did not sign the estimate, they would not make another trip. What choice did I have at this point? Load 2 - Once back at the first house, they quickly loaded the rest of the furniture. The team leader said they were going to lunch and would arrive at the new house soon. Two (2) hours later, the movers made it to the new house. Once again, they began to unload. This time, they were dropping boxes, dropping furniture. Items were falling out of drawers. One container they dropped; it contained a small-unopened jar of stain, which spilled out all over the truck, and all the contents in the box. I had to clean up the mess so they would not track the stain onto my new floors. There was so much damage to furniture, to walls, even to the floor. Boxes were delivered to the wrong rooms, they stacked heavy large boxes on top of small boxes. Once the truck was unloaded, 2 of the workers started to put the furniture together. Once they were complete, I was handed the phone and was forced to pay another $1500. I should not of paid it! The total cost for the move was $3,400. I have called multiple times, sat on hold, and have been told multiple times I would get a call back. I have never been contacted, and I haven't received any refunds. Just Run Away! Absurdly dishonest and oddly emotional! I received a quote and, within 28 minutes, I received a second quote, and then I received my third quote with 23 minutes of that! The first quote was expensive: 2 hour minimum, 2-man crew: $149 per hour and an additional $149 for travel to and from my home with 8% fuel surcharge on the last $149. But, I did not get an email detailing this quote. Then, I called back. The quote was now: 2 hour minimum, 3-man crew: $179 per hour and an additional $179 for travel to and from me with 8% fuel surcharge on the last $179. But, I did not get an email detailing this quote. I finally got the true quote emailed which was: 2 hour minimum, 3-man crew: $179 per hour and an additional $179 for travel to and from me with 12% fuel surcharge on the last $179. In addition, I was to be charged $122.50 for packing materials. So, I called to ask about this new charge. I was told this fee was standard and so I asked why is the charged not discussed during the initial portion of a quoting interview. The person I spoke with said that a call center person, who answers, does not know to include that charge. So, I asked why is the call center person empowered with the ability to take a deposit if they aren't empowered with the necessary information to give a factual quote. The person, I was speaking to, then decided he wanted to cancel my moving appointment. He told me I sounded upset and they did not want to do a moving with an upset person. I assured him that I was not upset but concerned and then I convinced him to call me back in the morning so that I could determine if the new quoted amount was not outside my budget. I received that call today and before I could agree to the new charge, the person I spoke to told me that they did not have availability to keep my moving date. I CAN'T STAND A BOLD FACE LIAR! I can't speak to this company's performance. But, I can speak to it's integrity and professionalism. The company lacks both. If you use them, you should be aware that they charge you extra to use their moving pads, tape, or other customary moving utilities and they may not let you know up front. As for me, I must wait until my deposit is refunded before I can seek out another moving company. The bunch of them at this company are scum for placing a customer in this position simply for asking questions about a bait and switch quoting process. read more

Be careful with the loopholes in their contract. They make you unplug everything so they deny responsibility for things not working when they arrive. Also- be sure to check the truck before the door closes and then leave without saying anything to you!!! I had lawn furniture and boxes left that I had to move myself!!! I am currently in TEARS trying to pull it together over the stress that this company has caused me. Moving is stressful to begin with and I have never used movers before. I chose you guys because of your good reviews. That was the single worst mistake I made during this moving process. I put my deposit down and was told I was going to be moved first that morning, expect movers to be there between 8-9am. Awesome. We have a one year old so we wanted to knock it out quickly and early as we had to get a babysitter. Me putting $100 down to your company, was me booking that spot or so I thought. Fast forward to the week of moving and Tim called me while I was EXTREMELY busy at work and left a voicemail for me to return his call. I was not able to return the call until the following day. When I was able to, not only was I greeted with sarcastic remarks about me not answering my phone, but was told we were removed from the schedule. Tim then added me back to the schedule only to find out we are now the 2nd move of the day. I was upset about this but it was what it was and I moved on from it. Moving day. I dropped my son off at the sitter's house at 7am to get everything ready for the movers. As we are preparing and the time is now noon, I asked my husband to call and get an eta. The movers tell him 2pm-ish. A little later than expected but it's fine. Then I get a call from Tim telling me that no, we are in fact not second, but the THIRD move of the day and to expect them no earlier than 5pm. At this point I had enough, but obviously at that point what can you do. It's too late to find someone else. So what do I do? I left to go get everyone food. Then Tim calls me to tell me that someone canceled and that a truck was on the way now. That was great news. The movers arrived and did not want to be there. Verbatim "We thought the last move was our last and then we got a call to come move you guys and now our day is ruined". Cool. Exactly what we want to hear. But we were nice and gave them drinks and so forth. Then not even a half hour of them being there we heard a loud BOOM come from upstairs. Dalton, one of the 3 movers came down the stairs and let us know he had broken our bed. HE ASSURED US, that the owners of the company are wonderful and would replace it. Well, Dalton, they are in fact not wonderful. I just received the settlement packet back and got offered $100. ONE HUNDRED dollars for a not even 2 year old $1000 bed from Ashley Furniture. I just bought a home, I don't have the money to fork out to replace this bed. I am in tears. The head board is literally broke right down the middle as well as the leg is cracked. What am I supposed to do with that? I called the claims department and was told I should've purchased additional insurance. I'm sorry, what? I was never told that was even a THING! They told me they maybe could increase it by $60. That doesn't help me at all except maybe cover some of the taxes on what a new bed would cost. Not only have we endured all of this, but one of the movers was smoking a black and mild around our furniture and in our garage with our door open. I have allergies and I have a one year old son. My brand new home smelled like smoke for over 24 hours. While the movers were moving us our neighbor got their number because he is also moving into a new home next month. We have let them know of our experience and to not use you guys. If this situation was rectified, and we received the replacement cost of our bed, I could look over some of this, but this has just been hands down the most nightmare experience that I could possibly imagine using movers. read more

Today was awful. The moving company charged me hidden fees. The move took 4 hours too long. One of the employees quit and another driver had to be picked up. Braxton held my furniture hostage until I agreed to pay $1,100. Run when you see All My Sons Moving company. I had several broken items. Also items were left at my prior home. I have to move this myself. Update - The screws to my beds were lost did I mention my brand new refrigerator was scratched across the entire door. My computer desk is broken and the legs to my couch are missing. So sad, the worst experience I have called several times and left a message for the consumer relations representative, NO RETURN CALLS!!! The review reply was for consumers to think the company cares, I assure you they DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Run Run Run or you WILL REGRET USING All My Sons!! I also have to wait 30 for my claims form to be processed. Update With all the damage I have the company offered me a measly $500. I thought someone would come out and make repairs. On 4-23-22 my parents were moved across town by All My Sons Movers for a total cost of $3,300, (packing and moving). During the course of this 1-day local move these movers managed to tear up or outright "lose" at least $3,000 of their property. Concerning the missing items a company representative stated "items left on the truck after a move are thrown away at the end of the day." Now, since YOU are the MOVERS then YOU are the ones responsible for putting the items on the truck and removing them from the truck. What kind of MORON is going to say that since we left your things on OUR moving truck we just threw them away at the end of the day? What kind of MORON is going to throw away property that belongs to the people that were being moved that very day?! There were expensive pieces of furniture broken and scratched, a bed assembled BACKWARD in a bedroom and instances of insubordination and smart mouthed back talk. A call to the office to speak with someone in authority resulted in my dad being hung up on. I seriously recommend NOT doing business with this company. read more

I have used them 6 times. The first 4 was good. The last 2 led to $15,000 worth of damage and they stole from me. 4 months after the move I'm still finding damage. They have offered me $350. Damage includes; a foot through the back of a dresser, 2 gold leaf mirrors stuck up with tape, a $2,000 3 layered paint finish, 9ft chest, obviously dropped several times - dented, scraped, a pine chest with scrapes across the top, two heavy wooden beds broken, all screws and fixings for mirrors lost, a Roku stolen. Antique marble broken. Broken plates, jugs. Clothes not hung in the clothes carriers just stuffed into Never, ever use these people. I have videos and pictures to prove all of this. read more
