I had mentioned during booking that the master bedroom furniture was extremely heavy and that I had a king-size adjustable base that was located upstairs , and there was some trouble with the furniture being moved. Overall, the service was good and responsive, though I do wish the missing item and furniture damage had been avoided.

The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. She could tell by the attention to the quote alone that they were going to provide excellent service. The communication between the company and us before the day of the move was great. On the day of the move, they called us when they were on the way, they showed up when they said they would, the crew were all very polite and treated our stuff with care, and they worked quickly and efficiently.
