The units are well maintained and I do appreciate the cleanliness and care of the grounds. But I have discovered that the owners of the storage unit are responsible for yearly price increases on their customers and these employees do not have control of this. Unfortunately, the owners seem out of touch with the customers who do have problems with annual increases.

The movers were apologetic, took pictures and informed me that the owner had insurance and would take care of getting it fixed because unfortunately this happens. I was not going to yell at the men but said it was ok and the claim would be filed. I provided the payment code not understanding providing payment assumes satisfaction. We filed the claim with the owner six weeks later and it was denied because we provided the payment. Wouldn't trust this owner.

The office said they didn't have a 5x10 but had a 10x10 would carry over my larger payment to the small unit. 10 days into the 10x10 I informed the manager I sold off stuff & was moving out & asked when I was paid up to. She informed me I was paid through my original rental end date which was $40 short of the money she debited my account for. So it's been 3 months and no refund.
