So, in the matter of 1 year (Oct to Oct), I will have enjoyed a 43% increase in price. Yes, a clean facility and well-lit...just be ready for price increase insanity! I'm moving out before the next rate hike.

So my wife and I stopped in and was greeted by Ann & Rick, what an absolute delight, Rick and Ann were so welcoming and friendly, great sense of humor and we connected immediately. it was very humid on the day we were moving into our climate controlled unit. Ann and Rick were driving around and stopped to see if we were ok. We lwere so hot, sweaty, and miserable, Ann's warm smile and Rick's quiet but friendly demeanor made us feel better and in a on few minutes Ann brought us each a cold bottle of water, we were so taken back by their kindness, and concern. I was unaware of this until I called about a different discrepancy to address. I found out that the facility had a new manager Ms. Shequita and upon explaining to her the situation, she was the one that informed me of the correct policy. Ms. Shequita Is the Saving grace of this facility. She is the reason this is a 5 review and not 3. Pros for the facility: super clean, gated, has surveillance & well maintained. Cons for the facility: I need access to my unit 24/7 since it is over 2 hours from where I am. Even though you have your own gate code to gain access, I only found out that you can't get in 24/7 when I drove over night to grab some items and the gate wouldn't open. So there are limited hours for access. I have never experienced that before with any other storage facility & I specifically asked the previous manager about access. So yea, Ms. Shequita is a 5 manager & she needs a raise.
