We found this place online and were not disappointed. The service at the front counter was exceptional! Nicole was a rockstar and not only set us up with the best deal with utmost trust and confidence in this place, but she hooked me up with local coffee, shared with me some of the awesome things that I should check out in my new hometown, and had a great sense of humor. I needed all of that!! The storage unit is amazing and very secure and clean! The accessibility hours are wonderful and easy access for after office hours. When we returned a few days later to put more boxes in the unit, the employee was equally as fantastic and chill, and I remain impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Today,as I was leaving my unit after picking up supplies for a job, I saw a homeless person climb out of a boat inside the unused 2nd gate. Further, there was a homeless person sleeping in a car inside the storage unit gates. This is not the first time I've been there early in the morning and been surprised to see homeless individuals skulking out of the buildings. The gates are wide open most mornings when I arrive. Not 'open' as in someone just drove through and they haven't closed yet. No, they are wide open and remain so for extended periods. This activity renders the business unsafe. I plan to engage my City Council member to ask Code Enforcement to start surprise inspections for code violations: use of storage units as 'housing', health code violations, and drug use.

On moving day, Eugene and the two other guys on his team were awesome. They were really careful and thorough with everything. They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff. I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. It was denied because apparently we had signed a form saying we received all of these items. We thought we were signing a receipt of delivery. DO NOT SIGN this form. We went back to Sinclair again seeking resolution. They offered to send us less than half of the amount needed to replace the lost items. Since we were so tired of dealing with them we agreed. However, that was weeks ago. Still no check!! We also have discovered several other things missing. I've held off on this review hoping for resolution but I finally realized that was not going to happen. We are so disgusted. I would not recommend Sinclair.
