We have been tenants at this Public Storage location for 7 years and have had plenty of opportunity to move on but find ourselves remaining for several reasons. The facility is very safe, secure, clean/maintained; the support and care Mrs. Edith & her staff provide to us is superb; and the storage capacities vary in size and space and therefore are quite accommodating to our various storage needs. This place was great! The paperwork was super easy and there are no hidden fees. Edith is hands down the best person I have ever worked with. I went there the day before I needed to move out, and she had a storage unit available for me that day with everything I needed. She took me to see the unit immediately, and got me started on the paperwork. She really knows how to do her job I immediately felt safe, and I don't trust people too easily with my stuff. She promised me that there were people always checking on the units to make sure nothing is taken without permission, and I really feel like there is no one else I would rather work with than her. read more

I went to the Maitland Public Storage location because the one I am, currently using is a kiosk facility which is awful. Using a kiosk is not easy and definitely not helpful. I was sent to this location to rent a second unit for my currently location and Jeremy was fantastic and made the process very simple. I spent hours today trying to accomplish what he solved in a few minutes. Kudos to Jeremy at the 1241 S Orlando location in Maitland. He is truly an asset to the Public Storage Company. I wish my location would change their ridiculous kiosk. Jeremy knows how to treat clients. He deserves a raise! read more

Edith is beyond great. She helped me to get my 2 units on short notice at convenient locations. Grounds are well maintained and clean. She often walks and rides around the property. She even goes out of her way to unlock doors for my conveinance. She also calls you on the 1st of the month before any late fees are mandated as my credit card was closed down due to fraudulent use in California (you also get automatic emails). They also have 2 side by side warehouse loading ramps to unload at the same level as the storage ground floor. Although not 24hr access, I like it that way to stay closed at night. read more

I have used storage units at other locations for many years; and when I say I am very pleased with my experience at this particular location, I have something to compare it to. Edith, the property manager, provides excellent customer service. She's personable and professional. She takes care of you and the property. At this property, security systems work as described. There are three entry doors to access the indoor units and carts are available at each entry. Both elevators work. There are 3 restrooms that are easily accessible. The climate actually feels controlled in the climate controlled units. read more

My experience at the Public Storage in Maitland has been nothing more than perfect. The facility is kept in excellent condition and is extremely convenient. I have a unit in the climate controlled section and the area is always clean, well lit and great use of security cameras.
