I have been here a little over 2 years and have never had a problem and they always inform us of changes and weather affecting units. They notified me with plenty of leeway to change the door and improve the locking situation. As far as the negatives? its not really anything to do with the team there- it is that the cost keeps going up and that sucks. The best thing about the uhaul? two people. Marvin the manager is truly solid! He is truly a good person trying to make a difference. I have seen him come in after power washing a box truck that was dropped of on a move from Chicago to Nashville. the renters weren't happy with the people who rented to them in Chicago so they took dumps in the back and urinated all over it. Marvin went in to spray it out and then sanitize it. and I commented because he was wet and smelled Ike bleach....so remember for ever one of your complaints they are dumped on daily.. . I also want to commend the security lady that checks on the units because she has come up to me asking questions to make sure I am who I am and that makes me feel good. i know she doesn't get paid a lot and is hoping to one day own a small home nearby for her and her daughter. So a big thanks to all for what you do every day to make a difference even when no one seems to see it and please know that we do see you but you just don't hear of all the things that you did right today.. My whole home was in that unit. No one from Uhaul has reached out to me and this happened 3 days ago. I was told by the police officer that this is common for that facility. So not only do I feel violated, I feel I PAID to have my things stolen.

the property manager is very conniving and untrustworthy! she literally locked me out the day I was…read moremoving out! then noted my move out on the 3rd of the month when I moved out the 31st of the previous month! she very very shady and acted like a thief waiting to take peoples belonging! she then sent a balance for following month to collections which is also alarming with me having all my documents stating that I didn't have access, especially since she locked me out on the 31st with no balance owed! please be mindful that if you use this storage facility that you check it often, make your payments on time because she is definitely watching and waiting in her apartment above the office to take everything in the storage from you! keep all payment receipts and your move out document!!
