Tired of the every increasing process and the UNSAFE CONDITIONS! I accidently left my phone & car keys in unit. Realize it when I was at my car. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my door access code, so went to office. Nobody there. 3 people called the "office" number for help & all we got was voicemail. The "call" button on ALL of the access boxes ARE DISABLED. So imagine if there was a major emergency & you didn't have your phone. THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE. No 911, no office NOTHING, THERE IS NO EMERGENCY CALL BOX. Oh and the doors are trashed. One for had been broken for over 1 yr and in 100+degree heat, you'll burn your hands trying to open them. Go somewhere else if you value your valuables read more

I had the pleasure to get assistance from a gentleman named Jerry Allen. When I first got to the office he asked if he could finish with the customers ahead of me and he would get right with me. Once he was done with them he started with me right away. He was very polite and patient as my time ran beyond office hours. Jerry made sure I was comfortable with the unit I selected and made sure everything was perfect. read more

I've had a storage unit with this company for over 3yrs and called to let them know my payment would be late for the first time since acquiring this unit. And spoke with Jonah and he even got me a rent decrease. He's amazing he did it without me even asking since I've been with them for so long. It was appreciated read more

Recently relocated to Las Vegas & needed to rent a storage. It is difficult to find someone at the office to pay cash in the office. Apparently I have to make an appointment just to pay cash for my unit & when I tried to call this location no one answered & left a voice mail but I guess it takes 48 hours for a call back till this day, I didn't receive a call back. I eventually was able to find the office open & Brian the first he said was "you don't look like a frank" & he was very rude & kinda annoyed that I was paying cash for my unit. Needs better customer service skills. read more

Jim was a fantastic manager when we rented for a year a few years ago. We recently needed a unit and six months later the rent went up by $50. My choice was either 1. Get the rent lowered. 2. Move into another unit that is less expensive 3. Rent someplace else entirely. The first choice would be the most desirable since there wouldn't be a move required. This place did not have the correct email on file so the only way we found out about the raise in the rent is when we went to pay. Flabbergasted, we went to management to help resolve the problem. We thought a solution was found however the new rate that was promised was put towards March rent not February. Then when we went to pay we were told that we missed this price for February rent by one day. Actually we went to pay on the 31st and was given the runaround. When we went to pay a day later we were told we had to pay the increased price and the new price would start in March. After several managers later and no resolution, we were kept on the phone for 20 minutes and told that the district manager would be contacted and we would receive a call by Monday. It's now Wednesday and there's been no call. Where is Jim?!? I know this problem would be resolved by now if he was the property manager. Please help to resolve this issue!! read more

I just rented my storage today...And Jim on the office was very professional...Great Customer service...I like the E Rental...

Needed storage for estate items during probate process. Public Storage made reserving, renting, and moving in super easy and quick! Was able to complete the process entirely via web/text/email. Onsite staff was helpful, too, when I had some questions and needed answers from a real person. Highly recommend, especially if you need space ASAP at a reasonable price. read more

Jackie in the office was extremely helpful being this was my first experience renting from Public Storage. Believe me, all storage companies are not the same. The registration process was seamless. Jackie walked me to my unit. She was even nice enough to find me a unit near the elevator as it was on the 2nd floor. I'm extremely happy. Thanks Jackie and Public Storage!!! read more

Just rented, havent moved my stuff in yet. Rental experience was annoying. Reserved online, set a date, show up and theres nobody there. Sign says "be back at 230p" it was 225p so I waited. Waited til 245p, was literally about to drive off when Jim pulled up. We went to look at the unit and then he proceeds to tell me I have to have a specific lock & if I dont have that lock I can buy one there for $20. I already bought a padlock but that one wasnt good enough. I asked if they tell people ahead of time or if it was in the verbiage in the email you get after confirming. He said "if they ask me about a lock then I tell them but if they dont ask then I dont say anything" This is a sneaky sales tactic. Was told I wasnt being forced to purchase the lock from them, which is true, however I would have to waste time and money going to find a lock that they approve of. If you have time to search around, dont rent from here, if they're being sneaky about a lock I'm sure they will be sneaky about other things. I'm sure I will have issues later but unfortunately I dont have time to shop around read more

Looked online searching for a safe place, reasonably priced, and close to home to store my new car, and boat. The boat was being stored somewhere else (for double the price!) I was so so happy to find a covered boat parking space that was close to home! Super close to home and now the boat and car are at the same place! We went on a Monday! I called at 11am and was moving in by 4pm (my choice) super easy, no hassle, and very friendly service! The girl that helped us was so sweet and answered all of my "dumb" questions with ease. Thank you for all the help! And they're prices are half that of the other place we were at before!! read more

I have had a unit at this location for a year and 4 months and now I am about to have yet another increase. An increase for what absolutely nothing. 9 times out of 10 there is no one in the office to assist you there is always a sign saying back in a amount of time and then they aren't. There is usually trash in the parking lots. I pay for an air controlled unit but half the time there is no AC on in the building so why am I paying extra for it. I will be removing all of my stuff and move it to a different storage facility because it is un heard of to be paying over $200 for one unit. This property is very inconvenient to get in and out of if you have a trailer. I see they do not value their customers anyways they give you a discount to move in then up your price after a few months and then do it again and their excuse is to continue to give good customer service. The only customer service I have ever got was the day I rented the unit. Beware look elsewhere so you don't have to move your stuff after you get it settled. read more

I was a customer at this location for about 4 months and was renting a RV/boat unit in back. My boat was recently broken into and the battery was stolen. Not only did they make a mess but they trashed my boat cover. When I asked to speak with the manager it took them 3 days to get back to me, and I had to call them, they never called me back. The manager told me there were other boats that had their batteries stolen but that they had no surveillance equipment of any kind back there. He said he was sorry and offered me a unit up front, which obviously has no better protection against thieves. There have been some trashy people hanging out by the rear units. I have caught people living inside OTHER PEOPLE'S boats-the manager said he would take care of it but it took weeks for the homeless man to leave. They hop the fence and leave their trash where they sleep at night. The units also haven't been swept in years and there is standing dirt and trash against the walls. If you value your belongings do not rent a car ports/RV/boat storage unit here. It is a matter of time before someone steals something or lives in your stuff. read more

Kevin did a great job of getting us in and out quickly. Property is very clean and organized.

Terrible experience!!! Beware if you store anything at this supposedly "secure" facility. I had a trailer and 2- four wheel ATVs I stored there. I met with the manager before hand. He assured me he had a secure facility. He lived on the property and had surveillance cameras that recorded everything. Don't believe it. Subsequently the trailer and ATVs were stolen. The people at the facility had no idea what happened. I asked to have the camera footage reviewed. The only working camera they have is at the gate. To make matters worse, it is so antiquated, that it only records back the previous 2 weeks. The people at the facility were no help. I asked twice to speak with the district manager. I never received a call. The attitude is "Too bad, so sad". I reported the theft to the police. Come to find out, this is not an uncommon occurrence. My homeowners wouldn't cover it because it was at a storage facility. The facility took no responsibility what so ever. They do not watch your belongings. They have antiquated to no surveillance. You store there totally at your own risk. To add insult to injury, they tried to fine me for late payment when I didn't pay them the next month after the theft. If I could give them zero stars, I would. read more
