THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My rent has more then doubled in the past 16 months. When I called to find out why it keeps going up I get the same answer " we raise price to match market " or " that's market price right now " but when I call now to lower it proving all other storages including theirs has come back down in the $200 range and ask for " market price " it's not allowed or " we don't do that ". Load of BS. Me and 2 other storage units our family and neigbor have here are moving out. Found better accommodating facilities than this place. $500+ while everyone else is way under $300. You get punished for being a loyal customer. Ridiculous. read more

Sorry. I have to give a low mark on reliability. If you move in, be prepared to bring your own moving cart. No carts are available. This has been going on for months and months. The previous manager quite (Adene), she was fabulous. The current employees are really nice and helpful but the fact that there are no carts, ever, is a big negative. If they finally spend the money and get the carts they promise to the customers, I will change my review. Clean, friendly, but not reliable with the service they promise. read more

I reserved a storage unit here and stopped by to complete leasing process and store my stuff. VERONICA was AWESOME in taking care of me and orienting me to their system, payment method, and other particulars in the rental process. Within about 15 minutes we were off to deposit our stuff. The unit was clean with no odor and the automatic hallway lights worked well. There were plenty of carts to lug our stuff. VERONICA met us at unit to insure all was fine. And it was. They're lucky to get one star from me. They refuse to have enough carts. I'm 71 years old and had to make several trips carrying boxes to my unit on a few occasions. I've had different storage units for years and never had to manually carry my items to my unit. On top of that, I have asked them for several months now to repair my motion sensor light. It keeps going out while I'm working there and I have to go down the hall and wave my arms to activate it. Nothing has been done. Last but not least, you have to use your multi digit code to get in the gate (normal), get in the door (normal), get on the elevator and even leave the parking lot. Leaving is always motion activated, except at this place. Its supposed yo be air conditioned, but it can't be less than 80 degrees. Now they want to raise my rate an additional $40. It's insane. I've almost emptied my unit and cannot wait to be done with this incompetent, useless business. If you're thinking about using them, good luck! read more

Horrible horrible horrible be aware. The staff will promise you everything and upon move in take it back. Large location with only 2 elevators that only work sometimes by a code. Make sure you get a unit in the front. Honestly I would go any other place but here. read more

Very nice facility. Sherryl was excellent. They have different options to accommodate your needs. They'll give you your own special pin code to access the storage area to help keep everything secure, on top of having your own lock to your unit. They've also got lots of supplies to help you transport things, like boxes and tape and bubble wrap. read more

Very easy to sign up, friendly service clean facility

Facilities are nice enough with A/C, but it seems like a lot of indoor storage lights go out that are never fixed. I had opted for this storage facility based on my family having a unit here already and it being most convenient. When moving back to the area, I had made a reservation online as a first time customer, since I have never rented storage previously. The quote included their 50% off first month special for first time customers, which made it super affordable. I was very unhappy to find out when I got there with my moving truck that they refused to honor the special that I was quoted simply because my relatives have a unit there. Being the day before a major holiday, I had no other choice than to pay nearly twice the rent that I had planned on since I had no time to shop around elsewhere. If it was an option, I would have gone anywhere else. This business clearly doesn't honor their specials or value customer service. read more

Next time I'd rather store under the fucking interstate than this awful establishment. So I was in between moving and staying with a friend who couldn't hold my stuff for me and I was enticed by a special they were having. I ended up only having to pay $25 for the first month for a pretty spacious unit. So I get there early for my appointment to book and see the unit and the employee working is nowhere to be seen. She waltz in casually 15 minutes late (I stressed to them I had work and had no time to spare) and acts like she has no appointments. Then her bright self looks on the computer and realizes that I did in fact have an appointment and she was late. Barely apologized. We rushed through the process since I was going to be late. They railroaded me into purchasing a $20 lock when I had one at home and they never mentioned I could bring my own. I said I'd bring my own from home and she said to purchase the unit I had to have a lock on it. For WHAT? There was nothing even in it at that point but not wanting to pass on the good deal I said fine. Even though when I originally inquired "25 TOTAL?" They said 25 total. Not almost $50 with tax. The thing that annoyed me the most is when I talked to the property manager, a woman named rosy, she was ANYTHING but rosy, and to be honest just really unpleasant. I understand no refund could be given for the lock, but she could have at least apologized for the woman making me late to work, or for me not having been informed of additional costs. No sorry whatsoever. And when I called to inquire about a payment due they wouldn't talk to me about it because SOMEONE WROTE MY LICENSE NUMBER DOWN INCORRECTLY. your uneducated staff is not my fault nor my problem. So I had to call back again to get a gentleman with some sense who realized it was just a number or letter off and helped me. Not sure why I had to pay $80 in the middle of the month and then $120 the first of the month but oooookay. Got my stuff the hell out of there. Just rude customer service all around. I will never store with them again and will be telling everyone I know to not do business with them. Like I said I'd rather store it outside. read more

The actual storage itself is pretty nice. However we payed for our unit told them our moving company would be coming to deliver our stuff the next day. After we paid they said actually an 18wheeler would not fit in their parking lot and would not refund the money. In the end we had to pay the movers extra. read more

This is a new Public Storage location and I use to rent when it was Wellington Pak it in. Since I have been renting at this location the staff has been great. Although I was not use to the new changes but everything turned out to work well in the end. Every time I walk in the store the staff always smile and will greet you plus make you feel so welcoming. The manager is so knowledgeable, always smiling. Every time I come in the store we have at least a 10 minute chat with laughing and talking. If you are looking for great customer service this is the Public Storage to store your items. The office is always clean as well as the property. read more
