Once Prime Storage acquired the facility, Rebecca stopped working there. It has never been the same and continues only to decline. Not only does the AC almost never work, I have seen water flowing out of people storage units, and into the stairwell, and the elevator is out on an honest weekly basis. No one is ever in the office, so you scan a QR code to speak to someone that is offsite and has to look up the property in the system and try to guide you as someone that has never even been there. Absolutely worthless. We will be moving our items as soon as we can. Oh, right, one last thing - they continue to raise the rates on everyone regularly.

When I asked about it, I was told that "people put them in their lockers and there's nothing they can do." So basically, you're on your own. If you're thinking about moving in, stay away.
