I could sense he was annoyed but he then asked me to try another unit. I removed the tag and tried to open the door but it was not rolling up. I knew at this point that perhaps I was doing something wrong. so I asked him if there was something else I needed to do with the latch. To my question he responded "I mean it's pretty self explanatory how to open a door". I'm sorry what? I don't think that's how you handle this situation. They need to train the staff on how to problem solve if they are not going to have someone on premises.
