I went to the unit and noticed that I was robbed, I had end tables approximately 8 of these (only 1 left), a coffee table, some antique hand saws and other items missing. It is disappointing that the storage unit employes never kept an eye on the roofers, never contacted me to let me know that the roof was going to be replaced. I suggest to all customers that you go to your unit(s) and see if you are missing things from them. ETA: I do not know why Yelp states that I am from California, I am in WPB Florida

PUBLIC STORAGE 3601 W Blue Heron BLVD , Riviera Beach…read more PUBLIC WARNING / REVIEW THEFT INSIDE THE STORAGE - BE CAREFUL! I'm leaving this warning for anyone considering renting a unit at this Public Storage in [insert location or address here, e.g., West Palm Beach, Florida]. Today I went to pick up my boat and discovered that I was the victim of a major theft inside this storage facility, a place that's supposed to be safe and monitored by security cameras 24/7. Stolen items: (2) Marine batteries - $400 (1) Rockville marine amplifier - $280 (4) Kicker Marine bar speakers - $1,600 (2) Kicker 6" speakers - $250 (5) Life jackets (1) Battery jumper - $90 (2) Lock keys (wheel and trailer locks) Total estimated loss: over $2,600. What's most outrageous is the attitude of the staff -- extremely rude, cold, and indifferent, showing no willingness to help at all. Not a single employee came to inspect the scene, even after I asked multiple times. It honestly feels like they're already used to these thefts -- or worse, they know exactly what's going on and choose to ignore it. I spoke with several other customers while I was there, and everyone confirmed that thefts are common at this location. This means there's a serious and ongoing security problem, and the management does absolutely nothing to protect customers. The storage company immediately denied any responsibility, saying they won't pay for the damages -- even though the theft happened inside their facility, which is supposed to be covered with cameras that "mysteriously" never record anything. This is unacceptable and shows a huge failure in security and management. It feels like a complete scam: you pay a high price for a "secure" storage space, trust your property there, and later find out that robberies happen often and no one is held accountable. My warning to everyone: Before renting here, go visit the location and look around the back area. Talk to other renters -- many will confirm that thefts happen all the time. Don't trust the so-called "security" they advertise. I truly hope this review helps prevent others from going through what I did.

I can still book another unit same size and same location at my original price for 4 months but I still have to move my items to another locker that is exactly the same size in the same building. it would be efficient to assign the new account with the same unit but incompetence prevents efficiency - so I have to drag everything into another space. this is ridiculous. They are completely incapable of helpful support and do not understand the meaning of customer service.

After the move, the driver calls me and tells me that they forgot to deliver my TV. So I had to stay home from work two days to get that delivered because he didn't show up the first day that he told me that he would even though I told him that I had to get to work by 2 PM. After I unpacked my stuff I realize that they also lost an entire bag of shoes. I called them to let them know that my shoes are missing. They told me they would call me back once they spoke to the driver, I haven't heard a word out of them since. This is absolutely crazy, especially since they overcharged me. I know they've been around for a while, but they're not doing good work. And I would not recommend them.
