Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. He finally brought it today and said he was going to handle paying for it until I called his insurance company there's definitely something wrong with this man because he is the one that reached out to his insurance company to file the claim I called to follow up if the claim was made I have all documentation and proof for his insurance company I definitely would look for another mover

We have now used Mini Moves on several occasions this last year. They packed all our belongings in…read moreour home in Illinois - about 350 boxes and a good deal of furniture to go to upstate New York and about 50 boxes to go to Florida. They then delivered and helped us unpack all that was sent to upstate New York having arrived precisely at the time they said they would. Later in the summer, we shut down our office in Illinois and Mini Moves again packed our belongings and delivered them to new space in Florida. I cannot overstate how pleased we were with every step and every aspect of all these moves. The men helping us were unfailingly hardworking, gracious and helpful from our initial contact, to making the needed arrangements, to setting the schedules, to all those doing the heavy lifting. In Illinois, Mini Moves had arranged for craters to pack things like the grandfather clock and certain chandeliers. That happened on Monday, on Tuesday everything was packed for Florida and on Wednesday and Thursday everything was packed for upstate New York. Essentially everything has now been unpacked and the only broken item is one I packed myself and not one item ended up in the wrong location. These are extremely capable and careful packers who understand that these are precious items for us. They treat everything with respect and an understanding of the needed safety of each piece. The packing included four large sets of dishes and over a hundred pieces of crystal stemware. As I said, nothing was broken or mistreated. We had way too many boxes but all was cheerfully packed and the heavy boxes moved as easily as other boxes. All the arrangements through the main office were handled extremely professionally and we got - on the outset - a complete understanding of the cost and character of charges before anything was done. We were kept informed of all schedules and Mini Moves was very willing to work with us for the best timing period. If there were any changes, Mini Moves called us immediately. This organization is truly exceptional and was an enormous comfort during what was a very chaotic summer for us. Their charges represent the value they provide and are exceedingly fair. This is an organization that I would recommend to anybody and I am extremely grateful for their help, respect of us and our belongings, willingness to work extremely hard and their unfailing good cheer. They far exceeded any expectation I had and I would say that about any one of the office management team, the craters, the packers, the drivers and the unpackers. I was unable to move myself out of my House after I sold it as I was helping support the restoration or hurricane Irma in Miami . I was stuck in Miami Helping Support restoration so I called porta move portable pod storage of Jupiter. They moved me out of my house and I spent thousands of dollars with them. When I returned after 17 days I scheduled a date to move my stuff into my new apartment. I was told that they would deliver my stuff at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. I called at 8:30 a.m. to confirm that they would be there at 10:00 a.m. and they told me that they were a little backed up and they wouldnt be able to deliver to 1:00 p.m. I called at 12:30 And I was told that they couldn't deliver my stuff today and they were just about to call me. I explained to them that this was my last vacation day and it was totally unacceptable and they told me the best we can do is deliver tomorrow morning. I asked To speak to the owner of the company and the gentleman on the phone told me that he was the highest person i could talk to and I said no I'd like to speak to the owner he said that he is the owner now. Obviously I know he is full of it. I asked how I was going to be compensated for this delay and he claimed that I would not receive a discount. I then proceeded to call the Boca raton office and requested the owners phone number when a gentleman got on and said he was the general manager of South Florida and his name was Ryan Mathews. He called the Jupiter store and he got back on the phone and told me that the best that he could do was to deliver it tomorrow morning and basically I was out of luck. He said he could take 10% off though for my troubles. After spending thousands of dollars, they are now holding my entire life hostage. I have no options and they know it as they hold all my stuff.
