Alison was a great help last Friday. She took her time to assist me with the PublicStorage App and made sure all was working properly before I left the store. read more

Horrible, predatory behavior. Raise price by over 50% almost immediately then slightly reduce. Told to close account, move stuff our then move back in for a new sale they have. But that will expire too. They get people to move all their stuff in and jack the price up so they are stuck with no options. I'll be moving out. I'll put my things somewhere else. They deserve to go out of business read more

Make sure you call to make a reservation to speak to your property manager. Units are clean. I wouldn't say it's a good value cause every six months the price goes up. I just switched my unit to a smaller one because the price went up $40 in a year and a half. read more

The unit and property are very clean and tidy. Nikki that works in the front office has been amazing, super helpful and goes above and beyond her job description. Whatever you're paying her it's not enough! Not only a great employee but a good person. Thanks again. read more

I was humiliated and demeaned by the young woman who works there. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I literally left crying. She's rude and insensitive. Roach infested in the a/c units. read more

I just made a third visit to PS about a busted lock latch on our unit. Wasted trip. The young lady at the desk couldn't provide me with the name of anyone above her pay grade. She gave me a customer service number but not the name of a manager. I would exercise caution and avoid this place, should you plan to store your possessions anyplace. This place is not geared toward serving the paying customers. For this latxh to have not been repaired after more than two weeks is not good customer service. read more

I worked with Jenae to get settled in to my unit. She is super sweet and patiently helped me figure out the remote gate access issues I was having with the app. So far, great experience. read more

Public Storage - This was my space , we left today , thank you Sara - Self Storage Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! My rent has more then doubled now in less then a year. Don't even bother renting from here. Other public storages all you to ask for rent not to increase or rent decrease once a while and usually get accepted. This place not once said yes. Always declined. Look them up on BBB and checkout the other reviews. So many other people they have done this to also. read more

I opened my unit online and upon arrival to the store I met with customer service representative; Sarah. Sarah was extremely courteous, helpful and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Sarah! read more

Staff that works the office are truly amazing. Business itself, sucks majorly! We had a different issue every single day we came by. First, we rented the unit and spent the afternoon unloading our uhaul truck only to find out 5 minutes before the gate locked and we were to be out of the building that the door of the unit didn't really work and our belongings were not secured and it was too late to call anyone. The following week when we returned and began to take our furniture and belongings out of the storage unit, we were not able to go in the gate after 8, even though the business hours were from 6 am to 9 pm. It was a real hassle and struggle to get the assistance we needed and deserved for the services we paid for. I will NOT RECOMNEND this business to anyone I know. read more

I wish i could give this zero stars. DO NOT USE. They raised my rent 25% four months in with no notice and just a letter a week before the end of the month. I had to accept the raise because I had no where else to put my stuff.... What would I have been able to do? Then I tried to use the app to schedule my move out date and, per usual, the app glitched and I ended up having to pay another month even though my unit was empty. I talked to three separate people, one said they put a request to get it fixed in, and the last one said "it was in the contract you got to pay it". Well i signed a contract that you decided to void by changing anyways so that isn't a logical argument. Twice I was in the office when the agents at the desk tried to contact the GM and they never responded, and one agent said she wasn't surprised he hardly ever responds. The app is extremely unreliable to get you in or out, i ended up stuck inside for twenty minutes once when the app failed. Honestly, if you have the choice between paying for space here or selling your things, take the money you make and run. read more

On 12/11/18, my father was assisted by two employees, Denise and Kartina, and he was astounded by their service and willingness to help him save money rather then unnecessarily spend it. You ladies are AWESOME! Thanks a ton! If it weren't for the two of you he would be lookin elsewhere for another storage company read more

Service is horrible. Corporate office doesn't respond. Raising rents every 2 months. FIND another place to rent from if I were you. They will be losing my 3 units shortly. read more

Buyers Beware, Your rent will increase 2-3 months after you rent. Mine increased 116 to 168. Look them up on Better Business Bureau, hundreds of complaints. Classic switch and bate. They fail to mention this to you when you initially rent a storage unit. Manager never called me back. Their office is always locked and closed. They make it very difficult to close out. In addition they don't close out your unit upon request and don't own up to their errors. Closed my unit with the girl who took my unit number and said she would close me out. I went back a few weeks later to see if she actually closed me out and sure enough she didn't and they are trying to charge me another month. Dirty Business and poorly managed. read more

Sabrina gave outstanding customer service. Sabrina was able o to help me get a larger unit to fill my needs. Sabrina needs a raise!

F##$%% nazis! Raised my rate numerous times and also threatened to evict me because I left the facility 5 minutes later than access hours. They also had a computer glich on their site claiming I cancelled my lease which locked me out of my access code. Oh, and then they changed the access hours where you cannot enter after office hours which they did not contact me verbally but via email, so once again my access code would not work after 6 pm. I only wish I could give them a negative star for their customer service. So, in closing, if you like getting locked out of your facility, restricted hourly access, and militant customer service, then this is the place for you read more

Whoa! I never thought customer service could be this good at a storage facility! Kim greeted me with a smile and went out of her way to educate me on the myriad of storage options and availability. She was obviously very knowledgeable about the facility, answering questions about the property without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for friendly, safe and secure storage. Good to know that great customer service and knowledgeable agents still exist. Thanks so much! The staff at this location was extremely helpful to me when I just moved to the area and needed a storage unit in a quick minute. The unit was the perfect size and clean. I chose this Public Storage location due to the great reviews and my experience at this location was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I had reserved a unit online the week before moving day and I received phone calls to remind me and confirm my unit's availability--I never had to call and check on things. They took care of everything before I got there and that was extremely helpful during the stress of moving because there are so many things to keep track of. I arrived there with the movers behind me an hour before the office closed, I was exhausted and overheated but Kim greeted me like she had always known me and everything just fell into place because of her. She escorted us to the unit and told us where to park, what to do, how to get in, everything possible we needed. The unit and inside of the building is spotless and clean smelling. While the movers moved my items into the unit, Kim had me come back to the office to do my paperwork so the movers and I finished up the same time. VERY organized and welcoming. Kim also clearly covered all costs involved and arranged autopayment. I can't think of one negative of staff and units at this location of Public Storage. Thank you, Kim!! read more
