This place is a disaster, avoid them at all costs. I should've known their $1 for the first month deal was too good to be true. I booked a 5' x 5' unit online and they charged a $29 admin fee, $22 to buy a lock (which only appeared on the last page of the buying process), and $20/month for mandatory insurance. That should've already been enough red flags... When I arrived, my storage unit didn't have a lock inside like it was supposed to, so I left and talked to an agent in a video chat in the office. The office has a desk and chair but no one was there. They told me to open and remove a lock from an unused nearby locker. I found it there but when I then realized that my assigned unit was filthy, covered in spiderwebs, dead bugs, and dust. It was clear this unit wasn't ready for someone to use so I put my stuff in the one I took the lock from because it was the exact same size but actually clean. I went back to the office and talked to a different agent in a video chat who told me I can't use the other unit because it's not applicable for the $1 initial month deal. I told her that my assigned unit was dirty and unusable and she offered me a different unit but I would be required to pay $1 (The amount is insignificant, but it's absurd to ask for more money at this point). I then just said this is such a hassle so I wanted a full refund and she said I could be refunded everything except the $29 admin fee. I asked to talk to the regional manager but she said it wasn't possible and said they would review my case and contact me and I'm waiting for them to do so. If you rent from this company be prepared to clean your unit and have a bunch of extra charges thrown in right before submitting payment info. read more

worst company I have used for storage , limited hours , the code is like 8 numbers , if you can't remember those numbers you are locked in ! I canceled and moved out after 2 weeks . stuck with a lock that can only be used at public storage . birds nest all above the unit with bird flying in and out . No Thank you read more

Rented a unit online at 5:00 in the morning. Showed up at 6:00 and I was in the system and my locker was ready. Completely automated. I never talked to or saw a single person. It was wonderful! read more

This company has ruined storage in general. We acquired this 8x9 unit at $64/month. When Public Storage bought the company they called it a 10x10 and have raised the rates EVERY year until the $239 rate now. We're out. read more

This is probably the worse experience I have ever had with a storage location. We kept our items in a unit for around 10 months. In this timeframe our items were boxed and stacked inside rather stable in my opinion, however, the divider between our unit and the person that was located behind us was extremely pliable and unsturdy. We noticed this while moving but figured it was safe, why else would they use it....it's public storage. Well I was wrong the people behind us hit the wall and knocked into our boxes breaking items! Some that are unable to be replaced. Why would it be that flimsy? We even paid the "insurance" money that is required monthly to pay! When our concern was brought up the manager didn't seem to phased by it. Never again! read more

Be careful with this place. In December 2016, I rented a unit for $113. In early 2017, the price jumped to $135. Now, in May of 2018, the unit price jumped again to $163 after insurance. The unit price without insurance is now $150 but they advertise $141 for the same unit online. I called to ask why and got the runaround. I was promised that a manager would get back to me within 3 days but never did hear back from them. Once you have your stuff moved in, they start to jack the rates up very quickly. This was going to be a long term storage solution for me but I now have to find a new location. read more

Worst storage facility ever. We are a military family overseas. As such, we are afforded certain rights under the SCRA such the inability for our belongings to be auctioned, yet we are routinely threatened even though payments are never more than 30 days past due. Even refusing to acknowledge our military status. Public storages own policy on auction is 90 days. Rent is due on the 1st; usually paid the 20th, late fee included. Additional fees have been tacked on that are not mentioned in the rentals agreement.Along with that, their devious collections practices are clear violations of the FDCPA which governs the collections industry. Such as calling people listed as emergency contact or accessible to the unit only and discussing billing and the unit. Nope; definitively not allowed. 4 times told not, 4 times agreed they would stop. And clearly still doing it.They know our situation. While our bill is usually late, it is paid by the 30th. read more

THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! When I rental the unit I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. But no they are the worst Good heavens had it set up on auto payment for more than 6 months. Had my debt card replaced that was linked to the account. Payment do on the 1st usually comes out on the 2nd and the Lady called nasty/pissy/rude like I was a dead beat that had not paid in months! When I explained I had lost my card and a new one had been issue. I had simply forgotten this was linked to my card instead of my account. I offered to give her my new card for the auto pay she was just as nasty and informed me I would need to come in or pay online and hung up. So over this place. read more

I was given one price when I reserved my unit and wasn't told until the day I was supposed to move all my stuff in that I would also be required to purchase monthly insurance as well. It turned out to be much more than I was quoted so I left to find a storage unit elsewhere. read more

She took me to the storage space I was renting before we completed the paperwork. Monique was very nice and easy to work with.
