Since they have taken over, the security gate remains open, the security cameras are pointing in the wrong direction. Several locks insode the facility have been cut and items stolen. Our locker included. We have reached out to the call center several times with no response other than the rep saying our concerns will be forwarded to a manager. We cant speak to anyone with any authority to fix the problems they caused. I attempted to contact them through their website only to be given an error message stating the site is not safe. When I continued to the site and accesses the contact us link, I was unable to send the message. The company is a scam and only wants to collect the fees from tenants.

If you need that, and a big showroom with boxes and moving supplies, so it is really convenient and really nice. It is nice in appearance and nice in, accessibility to the things you might need for moving or truck rental. They have a number of trucks here, most of the time, various sizes and some smaller trailers as well. The people at the front desk are friendly, though in the past, I have had some that were not as friendly and a little harder to work with. The two I dealt with today we're very friendly, very helpful. Moved through the process quickly so that I could get out and on my way And made it really easy for me to return the truck without much effort. Prices are good. It is based on a per day price and then a mileage price, and also I had to,of course, return the tank at the same level I took it. It's really nice that on their contract, it shows you how many gallons it will take to get back to where you started. I only had to do a few gallons, because the chart showed me how many it would take and I filled to that amount and it was right on. So that really made it much easier. In the past, I've always had to guess at how much to put in when I didn't start with a full tank, . Good experience, the truck smells a little smoky, but it was a rental after all. I called you on October 9, 2023, at 10:53 AM and left a message to tell you that I was pulling my boat out on November 6, 2023, to put it in winter storage. You called me back at 12:03 PM the same day and told me that I would have to pay for the entire month of November. I had no problem with that. You said that you normally get a 30-day written notice of departing your facility but since we were talking, you would accept the verbal notice (this should have been in your notes). My wife accidentally paid you twice and you admit it.  On November 6th I pulled my boat off your property and moved it to winter storage.  When I got home my wife told me about the double payment. I called you at 1:27 PM on November 6th to inform you about the double payment. You told me you posted the double payment for November and December, and I was covered for December storage fee even though I was not storing anything on your property, and you were not giving me my money back. I posted my review on YELP on November 6th to warn others of your corrupt business practice. You called me at 2:09 PM after reading the review on YELP on the 6th and left me a voice mail which included the following: "Hey Bruce, Todd Payne here, I went back and looked at all my records, NOTES, and everything and I don't see anything that you've notified me that you were leaving for 30 days but what I can do is take that EXTRA PAYMENT THAT YOUR WIFE MADE that I posted for December and KEEP IT and hold your spot for you. You'll start back up in the summer and make payments. Just give me a call back".  These are your words, Todd. You are admitting to keeping the extra payment and not returning my money even though you were notified in October. Why don't you have any records and I do. I am warning everyone to stay away, or you will have to shut your MONTH!

When I arrived, the staff kindly checked my order and then explained how I could simply drive around and would find the lock I already paid for inside the unit. When I saw the unit I realized I had underestimated the amount of space I'd need. I returned to the office and then switched me to a 10x15 within 5 minutes, with no trouble at all. This time, I decided to rent a bluetooth unit for ease of access with their app. The app allows you to open the entry gate, exit gate, and any bluetooth units you're renting. Easy peasy! Unfortunately the bluetooth wasn't registering my new unit (the one I had just switched to) quickly, so I could not use the bluetooth for a couple of hours. I called the office while standing outside my unit, and Keith walked out to meet me and explained that the unit was already open, and I could manually lock it, so it did not prevent me from putting items inside and securing them during my first visit. Easy! I was surprised he walked over to tell me himself - very kind. I returned the next day and the app worked as expected.

The unit was clean & the lock purchased from them was easy to install. Only negative was some extra fees I had to pay initially- but the special price on the unit helped balance it out some. First time I've rented a storage space so probably should have researched that more (my fault). Overall- glad I decided on this place- its close & Tammy was very helpful. Good experience!

She worked for the company for a long time, she knows her job expertly and it's quite clear she loves her job too; as it genuinely shows. Her pride and attention to detail is exemplary. She is a huge asset to this company. I only wish every business I dealt with was this effortless, smooth and super pleasant. The storage space was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Bravo and kudos regarding everything! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I'm moving now and I needed to store my things until my house was finished. I went in there to rent a unit and Tammy behind the desk was so helpful! You could tell she wanted everyone to be pleased with their experience and really tried to make that happen. I've gone in there multiple times and Tammy's always the only one there but it's alright because she is a boss. She's so nice and helpful and always makes sure you get what you need. One of the better experiences I've had at a place like this. Just thought Tammy should get some recognition.
