When I called all they said is "we sent you an email telling you about the price increase" no reason, no reduction, no nothing other than to bad. I guess its the nature of the business. Inevitably the stuff I had was better at Goodwill then costing me almost $5000 a year to store. I don't like doing bad reviews but they sent me a link after I moved out asking my opinion here on yelp....
