The moving crew arrived on time and ready to work. We felt they were very conscientious when moving our items but at the same time they worked quickly and efficiently. I've been using this storage facility for almost a year, and aside from the initial online sign‑up,…read moremy interactions with the management team--specifically Chelsea and her supervisor Terrence--have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Their approach to customer service and retention feels dismissive and unprofessional. Rates seem to increase arbitrarily, and there is no willingness to work with customers, even when the facility is not at full occupancy. It's frustrating to see a business risk losing a long‑term customer over a small amount, especially when maintaining relationships should be a priority. The staff has consistently come across as rude and unhelpful. While the building is climate‑controlled, it's far from high‑end. The carts are broken, the units are dark with no lighting, and overall, the facility lacks attention to customer experience. In short, the service and management have made this a disappointing place to store my belongings. After making a complaint to the district manager, it is evident that the rates are more important that customers and I will be removing my items asap. Seems like such a small thing to lose a customer over but in the end, it is all about perception and mine is that we are not valued.

I live in another state so basIcally I put it away 16 years ago and never looked at it again. It was an outside unit not climate controlled. I recently contacted them to let them know that I was coming to clean out the unit and would be terminating the lease. They were extremely professional and very helpful. I wasn't sure I would be able to locate the key or even if the lock would work after 16 years. They assured me that Todd would be available to assist me with whatever I needed. Amazingly the lock still worked after all that time which I feel is a testament to the fact that the unit was well sheltered from the elements. Also I was extremely impressed to find that other than a thick layer of dust all of the items survived intact with no rodent damage whatsoever. Honestly I expected to find at the least that some of the items would have been chewed but no it was as I had left it. I highly recommend their facility for your storage needs!!!!

I appreciate that it is climate-controlled, secure, and monitored by cameras. I visited to ask about rates and availability, and ended up with a great deal on storage and more. While giving me a tour, she knew each unit and helped me choose, explaining the benefits and drawbacks of different sizes based on what I shared about my needs. I ultimately picked a first-floor unit and also took advantage of a program for business owners. Needless to say, this Prime Storage location is Kiesha Speech-approved.
