We intended to just compare the new RAV4 to replace my husband's 6-yr old one. In our passing conversation I mentioned I was also considering an eventual used Tacoma purchase to take to Ohio for use while I was renovating my house for my son living there. I have always loved driving a standard (stick) transmission vehicles and my son was looking for backup vehicle for his aging 1998 standard Ranger. Jesse genuinely listened and mentioned a new arrival, an older Toyota truck with around 100,000 miles. My husband said my eyes lit up like it was Christmas. I don't fit the typical truck buyer-- older, retired, short & female. Nonetheless, Jesse took me seriously! He had the car ready for me to see & test drive the next morning, probably thinking I was a little looney. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle despite being a model as old as he was. He knew his vehicles old & new, and never prejudged me by trying to sell me what might seem more appropriate to my profile. His genuine interest in what we wanted in vehicles and his superb knowledge of his products was refreshing. We never felt pressured to buy what he wanted to sell, only to find what we wanted to buy! (BTW we bought them both)

We weren't greeted and hounded in the parking lot like most dealerships. Instead, we were given the chance to walk inside the establishment and were welcomed warmly by Ms. Vinajah. The relaxed vibe and positive energy allowed me to feel more comfortable and confident that this experience would be different from what I had experienced throughout the day. Vinajah took the time to listen to my needs and expectations and promised that there would be no pressure and that she'd do her very best to get me what I wanted. She was patient throughout the process, showing me multiple cars and discussing my options, making me feel that my needs were a priority. The process was long, but from start to finish, every staff member that we had to interact with, was so helpful and respectful. I was able to drive away with a beautiful, reliable, and affordable vehicle and I'm so grateful to Vinajah for walking me through every step of the process. I highly recommend Toyota of Greensboro if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Vinajah! She will definitely take great care of you and have your best interest at heart!

    Incredible how the lack of customer satisfaction, awareness, curtesy and just plain quality service…read moreone would expect when patronizing a business such as Enterprise located at 3828 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro. I felt totally ignored when I showed up to pick up a van I had reserved more than a month in advance. Here, my experience, went far beyond utter disappointment. But instead I became very upset and angry beyond measure. I was told the van was recalled on the day I arrived to pick it up. Although there was ample time for Enterprise to call me in advance regarding the situation, they neglected to do so. When asked of an alternative I was told by the associate to try another company because they didn't have anything available for me to rent, therefore putting me in an impossible position. Even worse I spent the day trying to locate a vehicle without success. I reached out to Enterprise Customer service several times during the day with them promising to find me a vehicle, but they never called back. I never received an apology or assistance for the dilemma I faced that could have been avoided with simple customer care, compassion and consideration. Coincidently, during the time of my initial scheduled pick-up there was a rental van like the one I had reserved parked in front of the building as if waiting to be picked up. I was told by another branch that not all vans were affected by the recall and thus still being rented. At this point they deserve the lowest rating on the scale mainly due to failure of expectation.

We got an email confirmation a day before we planned to…read morepick up the truck, but the confirmation said we now had to pick it up at a different location. Okay, annoying enough, but whatever. We show up there at the arranged time, and the guy asks what size truck. We tell him we have a 24' truck reserved. He says he doesn't have a 24' truck and then calls around and says there is no 24' truck available from Durham to Winston-Salem. We were given no explanation as to why our reserved vehicle wasn't available. We ended up renting a truck from another company.

    I returned my rental truck to this location. I dropped it off, signed some papers then left. Three…read moredays later I checked my account and noticed that $143 have been charged to my card. I called budget trucks office and they told me that I did not turn the truck in full. It cost $103 + $30 for having them fill it up. I understand the $30, I read in the contract they will charge you$30 if they have to put fuel into the truck. I admitted that the truck was not completely full (about 7/8's full), but since no one said anything, I figured they weren't trying to nitpick every little thing. I told the lady on the phone from budget truck there was no possible way they could have put $103 worth of diesel into it. She called the place I dropped it off at, and from what I can tell they just simply told her they did put that much into it. The lady on the phone told me there was nothing I could do, it's their word against mine. I'm very angry with budget truck and am going to call my bank to dispute the charge.

    We really had the best of intentions hiring Big Kev. We like to support small and local businesses…read moreand the prices seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, this was the biggest mistake we've made in a very long time. The movers who showed up that day were friendly, but that was the only good thing about hiring this "company". I sent a specific and detailed list of items to be moved and the owner, Kevin, estimated a 4 hour job based on that list. He rented a 26 foot U-Haul for the job based on this estimate as well. He was not present on the day of the move, but sent two other movers. The 4 hour estimate turned into 9.5 hours by the end of the day, and the items I had listed to be moved did not all fit in the truck, so some things had to be left behind. When the crew arrived at our destination, a new construction neighborhood, they drove the truck up onto the yard across the street from us while attempting to back into the driveway, destroying the neighbors' newly laid wet sod into a muddy pit. Not a great start for us, as we had not even met these new neighbors yet. I had reached out to Kevin to come help his team unload the truck that evening, since we were already double the time estimated and the price was climbing by the minute. Instead of settling into our new home that evening, we had to be up early to drive the hour back to our apartment the next day to help him load up the rest of our belongings into his truck, as well as our truck. This was unlike any hired mover experience we'd ever had. Not only did the job drag out for many hours past the estimate, then we had to go back the next day and take a truckload of things ourselves. Good thing we also have access to a pickup truck because all the items would not have fit in my sedan. We have tried and tried to get Big Kev to work with the people across the street to get the lawn repaired, but he is refusing to make this mistake right, and he was reluctant to put a claim through insurance. He has had plenty of opportunities in the ONE FULL MONTH since the move. We never saw any proof of insurance in this whole ordeal, though the company is advertised as being insured and bonded. We have countless broken items, paid well over the original estimate AND the yard across the street is still not repaired. We had a new washing machine that was only a few months old. They dropped it while unloading it from the truck, putting three large dents in the front and sides, but would not take anything off the total on the day of the move because "the damage was only cosmetic". We had not plugged in the washing machine or tried to see if it worked before they made that claim. We are very disappointed in this whole experience. We chose a Yelp Guaranteed business because we thought that was on the safe side, but we have had nothing but stress over this. While we are very sad and discouraged over the state of our own personal items, we are more concerned with making the issue of the damaged front yard right again for our new neighbors. When I tried to check in with Kevin about the neighbor's property, he said that he "has it handled". It is not handled. There are good reviews here but please save yourself the hassle and avoid this company to handle your move. I've seen no evidence of being "bonded and insured" since he was so adamant about not wanting to put a claim through insurance to make things right with the destroyed lawn and your inevitably damaged property will remain damaged. The "Yelp Guarantee" does not mean anything, so don't let that trick you because they are no help in this situation and do not hold those businesses with the Yelp Guarantee stamp to any kind of standards. Original Quote: 4 hours at $120= $480 Truck rental fee: estimated $100-$110 Quote Total: Est $590 Actual Charges: 9 hours at $120= $1,080 Truck Rental fee: $200 Total Charged: $1280 Additionally, we now have to replace the broken items and repair damages out of pocket. Please just pay a little more to a reputable company who will take responsibility for their actions
