When I arrived as scheduled, I was informed by the associate working that my reserved unit had been given to an online reservation to another customer. I was told this happened because I was "not committed to my reservation ," which I found unprofessional and needless to say disrespectful . I was then offered a unit on a different floor, which did not meet my needs. Unfortunately, my time was wasted due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. With so many storage options available, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

We didn't stay long, but we were happy with the pricing, the units, and the availability of the truck for rental. We also like that you buy your own lock and keep it afterward, but it would be nice if it was a lock that could be used for other things (such as a padlock). Our only suggestions are to work on the pathways between the storage units (they are very uneven and it is difficult to navigate at times) and to have the truck serviced. The truck is in decent shape, and the price is very fair, but it is difficult to drive and could use some maintenance.

The person that answered the phone is actually in Grayson and can answer questions. Aside from the awesome communication, the gentleman working there was great. He showed us our space, helped with the gate, and was very professional. When I spoke with him on the phone before getting there, he was knowledgeable and was familiar with utility trailer parking. Five stars to him and the business. It was a seamless transaction. The prices are competitive with other storage areas.

It's been a long time since I've used a storage unit, so maybe this is normal? Their site quoted me a web special of $47 a month for a 5'x10' unit, plus a $24 one-time admin fee. No biggie on the admin fee, it was disclosed on the site and the employee called and confirmed it with me. But when I got there, I was also required to purchase their insurance which was a minimum of $16.50 more per month. So now I'm at $63.50 a month - not such a great deal anymore! Then I also had to buy their lock for $18. I only need the space for a couple of months, so I'll suck it up, but wish I had known the big picture when comparing with other companies.

This place is pathetically inefficient, dirty and now the most expensive in the area. The office…read moreappears to constantly displaying a "be back soon" sign. And, worse the security gate is equally open and never secure. This seems to invite the cars from the gas station and back side of Lowe's to cruse through the storage units. Keeping with that same theme, today a "mask" sign stating that masks are required was displayed beside an "unlit" be back soon sign.. Audacity is not lost. The woman lounging inside at the desk in the dark corner typing on her iphone had her dirty mask under her chin. I asked her if she had a mask for her customer, she replied tartly, "I gots one for myself but not for you" as she pulled the stained white mask from under her chin over her lower mouth. With her nostrils exposed and the ear strings loose she went on to explain that I needed a mask to enter the building. I replied that the CDC "recommends" but is not requiring. She grunts and mumbles. This place has hit rock bottom and they are starting to dig. As Tom Hanks once stated, "stupid is as stupid does". This place is not recommended. The staff has deteriorated to the lowest level of employee who lacks any type of customer focus and service. These facilities have also now degraded to include unemptied rat traps along the building, small buds of trash swirling in the hot humid breeze and non-working security gate that portray no security.

I had issues with my wiring and we had to swap trailers a few times. Couldn't use any of his (turns out it was my truck, not his trailers), and he set me up with the other U-Haul place in Loganville by making phone calls and doing order transfers. He spent so much time helping me out, and I never did get anything from him. OH, and he gave me a trailer harness adapter too to try and fix it. Incredible service. Can't say enough great things. Thank you sir!
