It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. If you move out early (5days) at the start of a new month you have to pay the whole month with no reimbursement. So end up paying almost $600 for 5 days. I will admit I feel a bit nervous every time I meander through the long identical hallways looking for my unit, and I feel like it'd be pretty easy to get lost in there... But you can always grab a map at the front desk or ask the staff to remind you which path to take! The staff has always been extremely helpful and readily available to answer questions, so you can count on that. Paying online is ultra easy and literally only takes two clicks once all of your payment information is entered. Just don't be late on your payment or they immediately tag on a $10 late fee. I do think this storage unit is a tad expensive, but again, nothing too out of the ordinary!

Clean, air-conditioned unit [ check ] Is there anything else you need in a storage unit? Nope. MORE EXPLANATION: After moving, we realized we had too much stuff and needed a 10x5 storage unit. We did a quick deposit and claim online. It took minutes! Then, an email was sent to us with all the info needed to access the unit. Happy with how everything was panning out, we rolled over. However, when we got there, the unit was a bit of a surprise. It was a 10x5 unit but with a small door (not the most ideal for moving items in and out). I noticed there was other units available with bigger doors, so I thought... "Let's just ask if we can move units!" My husband was weary of this, but I advised him... "It's worth a shot! The worst they can do is say no. Let's go find someone!" When we got to the front desk, Jacob was there ready to help! He said, "That's not a problem! Let's fix this." In minutes, we were touring new units, transferring our lease and starting to move everything in. This would not have been possible without Jacob's professionalism, diligence and kindness. Long story short all of my belongs were stolen in February and the only cameras they have in the building are on the first floor main lobby. Filed a police report and officers said they had no footage of my items being stolen. Orange Door Storage Insurance denied my claim also because they said they didn't have proof of force entry. After I mailed them the lock and videos of how they got in on a thumb drive. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this building, other tents have had the same issue. Management isn't helpful and almost feels like they had something to do with it.

We got our unit on-line (easy to set up) and moved 1load into our 2nd floor unit. We noticed at the time that only 1 elevator was working and the other was just filthy and torn up- and yet we ignored the red flags. On the second trip on the day, neither elevator would work. We are now on Day 2.... stuff sitting in the back of our truck in a parking garage overnight and still NO ELEVATOR. Like most people who are moving, we are on a pretty tight schedule and this is not part of the plan. After multiple calls, we finally spoke to someone - no first floor units available at this facility so they're checking others. Great. Maybe we can get a unit at another facility, further from us, AND we will have to move our first load a second time.... Once the elevator is fixed. I'm giving an extra star here because of the code to get in the doors and the code to use (or attempt to use) the elevators. AVOID!!
