Didn't actually end up renting a unit but Crystal was super helpful in closing my contract and making sure I received my money back. Returned my call promptly and had me all fixed up with 10 minutes. Would recommend based on customer service alone. read more

Do not sign up online. When I discussed all my payments they said my next payment will not be until Sept 1. I checked today and I payment was taken out of my acct. they will tell you the information you need then have you sign up online and not tell ya that your being prorated. read more

It's been decades since I use a storage unit and this was not what I had expected. It was dirty and had spiders with webs and bugs. I had to sweep and spray for bugs before I could put my belongings in there. The wall was also caving in from the other side. I am glad that it will only be a very short time for my things to be in there because of transitioning to another home. If I ever need another storage unit it won't be this place read more

Using the public storage in Florissant, MO at 11575 New Halls Ferry has been one headache after another. The office person is rarely there and while they insist you wear a mask, they rarely do. On top of that they make everything much more difficult than it needs to be and the attitude is extremely apathetic. We are a small business so we need storage, but we are clearing out one of our units by the end of the month and looking for better options. Extra Storage and Life Storage all have better reviews and we hope to get a better deal with less run around and more reliable customer service. Once we part ways with this Public Storage we won't be returning or recommending. read more

This is a good place to store your belongings and they keep the area pretty clean,good price.My only complaint is I have a 10x25 and its in the back,When it rains the water leaks from the gutter not being attached to the building,The gutter is there,just needs attaching. I've let the guys know and I try not to go when its rain,but sometimes I have no choice, water does not get in to my storage area,unless I open the door,it just make it tough when it rains and I HAVE to go there. In their defense,the guy did say while they are waiting to get it fixed if the water becomes a problem,they may move me,but to me the gutter is a small job to fix,I could fix it myself.All you would need is a latter,hammer, silicon. I don't think I'll be moving to another unit, I'll just tough it out,but this is why they don't get 5 stars. read more

Worked with Arisha to get the storage unit I needed. It was convenient, smooth, and the lowest price of the places I checked. The service was great, they provided everything I needed. The 6x24 unit is actually 2 - 6x12, which is nice, just be aware. Also, the entry to those sized units is just a door, not a sliding garage style door. read more

When I went to rent the unit, I was told that it would cost me $25 per month. I accepted and agreed to that. After moving my stuff in, the price kept going up until I was stuck paying $80 a month. I was never informed that the price would go up. I was stuck there, paying more than three times what I had originally agreed to pay. If I'm ever homeless again, I will not use Public Storage. read more

The workers leave early and never are there. I seen people waiting for anyone to show up to pay bills and to rent spaces. On six of my eight visits to the storage I rented. I seen people just sitting in cars waiting for someone to show up ( usually 3-4 cars) One time, a lady that was parked, came up to me to ask if I would let her in since no one was in the office. I said no, but this is getting ridiculous, I could see if it was a one time thing but every time you visit? read more
