I am late every month because they will not change due date. After 3 years I ask for help, (never once even through COVID or 2 hurricanes have I ask) Matt Most the DM would only waive one fee and I needed 2 fees removed. Nope, he would not budge. They have made a ton of money off me from increase in rent and late fees. I also have 2 other smaller storage units with Extra Space in Georgia and they helped when needed. I will try to get my items out of storage with this location and moved somewhere else as soon as I can. It is sad because I really thought I would have long relationship with this particular location. I would advise a location out of this district.
