Although moving is never an easy time, these 4 fellows got right to work, knew what they were doing, had a plan, were able to take apart and put back together large pieces of furniture, they were careful with every step while carrying heavy weight and fragile items. They were helpful in placing rugs, sofas and beds frames where I wanted them. I appreciated their patients about my decision making about where things went In the new house. They charged her $2774.78 to pack them, indicating they charged by the sheet of paper and amount of bubble wrap. I helped her unpack and it was easy to see why the total was so high. Many of the large boxes held very little other than crumpled paper and a small number of items. A two inch candle was wrapped as if it was a precious item that was going to be dropped onto pavement from an airplane. She called the company and sent them several pictures and they offered her a small refund of $281, which she has never received. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Either the workers were not trained at all or they were trained to fill the boxes with extra paper and bubble wrap. Very poor customer service and policies. This company is located in Bonita Springs Florida, near Fort Myers.

My one complaint is raising of rent at a frequent rate, and that relates to corporate issues. (Chicago.) Prior to Honeybee's ownership, local owners would respond in a more sensitive way. I have been at this storage on and off for the last 5 years and Dennis has been great.
