Trend Moving and Storage out of Ft Myers were the moving company that handled their move January 6-8. They were so professional in the dress code, their conversations with us and each other, and their overall work practices. I complimented them because they are one of the top teams I have ever observed doing a pack-out, move, and unpacking ! That was my experience with some guy with short blonde/yellowish hair. When I asked if he could accept a US mail package, his response was "sometimes" without clarification. He asked me if I wanted to receipt and I said no thank you. He then scanned the barcode and said "interesting." I waited for some clarification on if there was a problem and to clarify he would accept the package and he handed me a receipt saying he "might as well give me a receipt since I am 'still standing here for some reason'" as if I was supposed to be able to read his mind and know when everything was done. It's just not worth working a job if you're miserable there man, especially when the bar for accepting a package is pretty low from a customer service perspective. Edit- What if I'm most interesting is after posting my review looking at the other comments which all similar rude interactions with what appears to be the same employee, followed by comments from the owner or manager about how they take customer feedback seriously. If that were the case, then you wouldn't have similar situations going back over a year. I personally would rather wait a couple extra minutes in line due to short staffing (but high quality) then be served by someone like this. That said I may be in the minority as this area has a lot of impatient people who may not care and will accept the rudeness with speed over someone pleasant to interact with.
