Nothing but kindness every time I see them on site. This is the reason I decided to make the extra 20 min travel to Dublin and not find a closer storage place. Top notch service for sure.

They lure you in with a really decent rate as long as you prepay for 4 months. Ok great. Come renewal time guess what? They jack up the rate 50%. Can you prepay another four months at the current rate? no you can't. I went from a hair under $200 with insurance to about $300 - So you are either stuck paying 50% more (after introductory rate) especially if you have a bunch of junk or you move out. I chose the latter as I do have a truck and I was able to get a shed in my backyard. This may be the practice in the industry, but personally it feels pretty scummy to me. I'm only giving 2 stars as the staff were pleasant and easy to work with. As long as you know what you are getting into things should be fine. I just wasn't aware the rate would increase so drastically. Buyer (ahem renter) beware
