Spole to a woman who said she was over the location, she apologized, and said she would process the refund. I was told to wait 24 hours, but I still didn't receive a refund. I called back, and she said she had to talk to her manager to process the refund, and it would be checked out the same day, which was the 4th of that morning. She never canceled my booking; she only moved my dates to December 31, 2025. I don't know why. I spoke to customer service again, and they said the refund would be processed, but I was told to wait 24 hours. Nobody knows what they are talking about.
