Still not fixed. Apparently management hasn't decided if and how to fix it. We have been trying to move out of the unit for over two months. Manager keeps blaming management. They keep charging rent. They offered to discount the rent for a month. But that doesn't solve my problem. I can't carry heavy loads down a flight of stairs. Would not have rented the unit if i had to do so. Wish Vinnie were still there, but he probably saw the writing on the wall. Not sure what's wrong with management but if you offer a service for money, then you should provide the service. Don't make your customers suffer. Hopefully lousy reviews will get someone's attention.

I told him I would be in the next day. I didn't make it but went in on a Saturday shortly before they closed. Jeff didn't at all seem bothered at my late arrival. We discussed the prices and they had gone up a little vs the online price, without question he honored the price and we went to look at the unit. It was POURING rain and he grabbed an umbrella, made sure myself and my 1 year old daughter were dry while he got soaked. Getting my unit all ready to go for me to move in and the paperwork, he offered to hold my daughter for me, she went right to him. (He isn't creepy lol, he has kids and was offering to help me out and was very kind) so I filled out the paperwork. He went over insurance with me and did not pressure me at all! I did opt for the cheaper plan because we didn't have a big unit. I am very happy about where we chose to store our stuff for a short time here with A storage Inn. I can't recommend them any more!
