But the code did work for an other gate on the premises meant for storage units, we drove in there and parked our enclosed trailer in grass. We left a message and received a follow up call from John explaining it was a new facility for them and he made all the necessary calls and emails to make sure we will not get towed away. Already happened twice where you had vehicles on both sides trying to enter and leave at the same time. So can cause a inconvenience if you're in a hurry. Second thing that is likely just needing to be looked at, is the exit connection signal from the app. I can never get the app to connect to the exit control BUT if I get close to the gate, it connects to the enter connection again allowing me to open the gate to leave with the enter option. Hopefully this gets looked into at least and fixed.

Due to costs of extended stay hotels, and the length of time (4-5 months) before we could possibly move back, family in Texas asked us to move in with them, thus we needed to get a PODS and Tally was very helpful with assisting PODS delivery and pick up as we had to move quickly. Comparatively, I don't know rental prices, yet we were very pleased with a reasonable rate, plus the added assistance of Tally and her staff regarding the logistics of the PODS, etc. We recommend them as our unit was clean and no issues with pests or otherwise. These are outside entrance storage units, thus not climate controlled, inside entrance; meanwhile, that would be a decision one would have to make depending on each's circumstances. For ours, it served its purpose, with Tally and staff being friendly and helpful throughout our ever-changing ordeal. Thanks!

I feel this business is taking advantage of elderly people buy selling them shipping insurance on their packages they send via FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other carrier. They inform their customers that they are buying shipping insurance through the carrier they are shipping with i.e. FedEx and charging $1 for every $100 dollars of coverage. Unfortunately, the customer is buying Sentry Storage's insurance which does not cover the package from damage unless THEY PACK IT for you (which is not disclosed to the buyer) and their insurance will only cover the loss of the package. The other sad component of this misleading purchase is that if you buy coverage through your shipping carrier i.e. FedEx for $0.98 for every $100, this coverage is not only cheaper but DOES cover for damage or loss of the declared value. Unfortunately, having to now file claims against their store Bond and Insurance for selling false coverage on packages they do not cover unless they pack it. SAD SAD Situation!

I had an inside air conditioned unit....When I moved in it was dirty and dusty, not clean at all, floor looked and felt like it had sand on it. I could see bugs, spiders, huge millipedes. Was told the unit was cleaned prior(highly doubt it). Mentioned something to them and they offered to clean it but I declined because all my crap was already in it. There was also a very weird smell in the building, can't quite figure out what but had a slight chemical smell to it. Months into me staying they also jacked the price up and it became too expensive. I found another unit that is clean, less expensive (half the price) and new, extra space storage in Summerfield.
