The app is totally amazing. I didnt have to worry about remember the gate code.. Just go in and open and close from the app. Very user friendly and for those that are not technical savvy it is very easy to use. read more

Staff were very helpful. She answered all of our questions. Process to reserve and rent space was very easy to complete.

The amount of stuff I was able to fit in one of the storages was very handy and the quality of the inside is good enough space for big items and extra stuff for work. read more

To put it simply, these people are crooks and nothing less. They arbitrarily to exorbitant levels the longer you stay. When you read the small print in the voice of the person who wrote it, it sounds like a very whiny person who wears a very small hat. Just a greedy and contemptible business model. I'm surprised that somebody hasn't gotten fed up and done something about it. To make matters worse, they are hardly professional in conduct on site. The Hispano lady once called my phone demanding that I turn on auto pay so they can take advantage of ACH automatic payments and steal my money when they want. I refused and she insisted that it was part of the policy and I had to do it. If you run into a similar experience, just know that you are not obligated to do this and they big trouble for that. Hopefully she's in jail because that's where she belongs. I think any substitute is better than this. read more

I went in and aixa greeted me and was very helpful, and nice also very beautiful women.

Aixa was wonderful and so helpful. she is always attentive and can answers all my questions.

In the market for a quality storage facility. Isabel was fantastic to talk with and provided excellent customer service. She was full of knowledge and enthusiasm. Will be doing business here for many years to come. Thanks Isabel! read more

Great location and customer service from Isabel. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

If I could give negative stars it would be infinity.. Where do I begin? So my husband and I getting ready to move on July 27 from the 3150 location. The property manager refused to view the unit with the dead rats, poop, water leak in ceiling causing mold, and roaches and rodents. Not to mention rat pee on the walls. I'm assuming she didn't want to view it out of fear of being a witness. So John Ramsey (district manager) and public storages overall customer service team has ignored me and I have all evidence to prove this. This week on Monday a new district manager named Brittany Nava calls and says John Ramsey is no longer the district manager. She seemed really nice and showed so much empathy toward our situation and asked us: "What are you guys needing? I will wrap this case up for you and get it closed out so you don't have to go through stress anymore." (I have all this documented with times and call to pull up since all calls are recorded for quality and assurance purposes). I tell her we are requesting the money back from both locations 3150 and 3216 for all the damages and things we had to go through out of our control and sue to negligence on public storage end. I even told her how the 3216 location (right next to 3150 with the same property manager).. was calling me still requesting a payment that I have stated many times reasons I refused and couldn't pay it which were all valid. Not to mention that storage just burned down 2 weeks ago(I have the email) and you are all still sending a bill.... WHAT??? Not to mention I called customer service this week and the lady said John Ramsey was still the district manager... like what?? So now I'm being lied to on who the district manager is. 2 days ago I receive a call from the Vice President Justin Michel (I think). He tells me he has received all my communications and he's going to turn it in to the legal department for our attorneys to talk it over and go from there. He asked me to have my attorney call his. Well yesterday (and I have evidence of all this) I call him because my attorney needs his attorneys name and number to call and long story short he gets upset and says "tell your attorney to google public storage legal department and a 1800 number pops up and have him figure it out." Like what???? And he proceeds to hang up in my face which I emailed him about this today. You guys I have proof and evidence of everything I am saying! I have so many videos emails pictures and notes I have no reason to lie and I have never been in a situation with individuals who lack morals like Public Storage. Yes I want and demand all of our money back we paid for everything due to the horrible circumstances, but also I am big on morals. The moral of this business is lacking and it's sad. They have become so money hungry that they have forgotten about love, respecting people, and doing what's right. Can't get mad though it's in the Bible.. Money is the root of all evil. Rich people get richer while poor people get poorer. But I will continue to push and fight for what's right. I am not a quitter. Someone please email or call me in some way as I would love to share more. By the way: the pictures I attached are the nicer version of the horribleness we experienced Would love to get in touch with a better Vice President who has morals and figure out for my attorney who to call in the legal department. This should not have to even go this far, but it's okay I won't give up. read more

I will always use this business and especially the one at Arlington on pioneer parkway The staff was very friendly and professional and I even got a sale discount on my unit thank you so much!! read more

Horrible experience couldn't get into our unit because we were never sent a building code. Instead only the gate code was given. We had to wait 2 hours to speak to someone because 1 the google information is incorrect they open at 9:30 not 6am. The customer service line has no person to speak to. Very bad experience read more

It was quick fast and easy. Everything I did was online and I was able to do same day service which was great.

The storage unit wasn't for me but for my brother who is incarcerated. So I got the unit for him and left the state and the person in charge of the unit was my cousin. She made her monthly payments on time and everything but upon us leaving I was charged for an additional month & late fees? When I came to the facility to find out why the regular agent wasn't present but Aixa was and she not only handled what I needed by giving me the necessary documents showing that it has been paid up she was also very courteous and helped me when I thought things were not repairable! She did a great job and I thank her tremendously. read more

I'm a current customer at this location. So far my experience has been great. I can't remember the front desk lady's name who signed me up, and it makes me feel bad because she was the sort of person who would remember your name. Her customer service is A++.. I was very pleasantly surprised about the experience. Getting a storage unit is an annoying necessity, so it was great to have someone so kind and helpful be there to get me set up. The facility is what you'd expect, I've got a climate-controlled 5x10. No complaints.. reasonably priced, much better than the prices of similar companies right down the road. I would definitely recommend this location to others! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who signed me up is no longer there. They kept upping my rent since I rented a unit over a year ago. I was told by another lady to come speak to her personally if they up my rent again. I went by last week and there was no one at the office. I called the 1-866 number and was informed the manager of the public storage next door was now over both properties. I went by to talk to her about my rent being raised and explained that I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and have experienced 4 rent increases. She pulled up my rent increases and stated that every 6 months is "normal" and that I was currently renting below market value. I told her I had a unit with Public Storage in Houston for a whole year and never had a rent increase and that I had rented there for over a year before moving back to DFW. She basically inferred that I was lying. I told her if she didn't believe me to check my account. I asked to speak to the manager and explained that when school shut down in March due to COVID, I lost my main source of income as a substitute teacher, and that an increase during COVID was unfair. I explained that school started back up a few weeks ago, but that I would not receive a full paycheck from that until Nov. 20. The new manager seemed unconcerned and just gave me her managers number. I called him and received his VM. I left a message and he called me just before close of business, right around 6 PM. This was last week. I was not able to get to my phone, but he did leave a a vm just telling me his name and number, but offering no solution to my problem. Last week I paid $22 toward an $82 bill, which should have been $71. Since they increased it, they told me I had no recourse for the month of Oct., and if they reduced my rent again it would be in Nov., and I would be charged a late fee for Oct. Today I paid $61. I was informed I had a late fee. I did not pay it. I'm waiting to speak with someone about this in person or over the phone rather than playing "phone tag". I even tried to call corporate and got forwarded to a bunch of VM's. So I will be moving units very soon- preferably to another company that is closer to my house. read more

This is the worse storage unit to have your personal processing stored at.  Public Storage on 3150 E. Pioneer Pkwy. Arlington, TX.  They will give you the impression that there unit is safe and secure & free from infestation.  The attached pictures will show you that this is not the case.  On October 28th, I moved my personal items from the storage unit.  During the move the moving company moved a few things and you can tell that there has been some type of rodents in there.  The more you moved the worse it got.  There was so much infestation droppings in the unit.  I have paid a great deal of money to store my personal effects in a supposedly safe place.  The last thing I wanted to see is rats, bugs, or other pests sneaking their way into my storage unit. I contacted the storage facility to report the issue and the Property Manager Clara (682-206-3298) instructed me that they are not responsible for my items and that they will not issue any type of refund or pay for any damages.  I asked to speak to someone else regarding this and she gave me the District Manager number John Ramsey (972-591-2665).  After speaking to the District Manager he said they will not cover my items as well.  He instructed me to utilize my own insurance company.  Public Storage should've the responsibility to protect customers from any infestation of rodents. I feel they ignore there rodent problems.  They should have quickly call an exterminator to mitigate the infestation and damage.  The facility was negligent by failing to set rodent traps or conduct routine inspections. Any decent business would offer to evaluate any damage to your belongings but both Property & District Manager refuse to take any responsibility.  No company should continue to profit of consumers & not take any responsibilities for their neglect to protect us from infestation. read more

I recently had to rent 2 storage units at this facility. Not something I had ever had to do before, but it couldn't have been easier. The young lady I dealt with, Candice, was both pleasant and informative. The facility, clean and secure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Thanks again Candice! By far the worst storage unit I've ever rented it's definitely not worth the money. There must've been a rat infestation going on in my unit my belongings were covered with rat poop and ammonia. You would think if they know about the rat problem that they would make proper precautions to get rid of the infestation. But no this just shows me that they do not care. What a waste of money and furniture. I'm disgusted. I will tell anyone to never use this storage. read more

Potential customers beware!! Really regret not checking reviews before deciding on this place, as this will be my first negative review. We registered for a unit via phone to ensure the very nice promo they were offering, we had driven by the storage place prior to deciding on them. While at the office the clerk assisting us hit a wrong key and our reservation changed, reverting to non-promo prices. We have the email confirming the original, guaranteed promo price and was ensured we our bill would reflect accordingly. Our fist bill came without the promised promo code. We have visited the storage unit on several occasions but the clerks are not authorized to make the changes but been promised a manager will call us. We have also left several messages for the district manager and yet to speak to one. We paid the current bill so as not to incur any late fees. We are switching storage units and warning others to stay away from Public Storage's. Awful customer service and loyalty. read more

I currently have a storage here and have for a few years. It doesn't pay to be a loyal customer because the longer you stay with them, the more they increase the rent. I am currently paying double the rent of what I initially began with. When I visit my unit and need assistance, there is never anyone at the front desk. The outside door locks have been changed without me being notified. I see insects in the units which means they don't spray for that. I will be vacating my unit very soon for this reason. Do not feel they give you the best customer service but are sure are quick to call if you are a day or two late with a payment. Pick another storage unit before you consider this one. read more
