Don't even try to talk to management about it either, it's useless. They'll say that it's "road tar" and that the wash isn't equipped to handle it. Needless to say I won't be coming back. Geo promised me a full retraction of the rollers inside the car wash, and a touchless wash drive-through. This didn't happen. The vehicle was filthy after going through the wash. The employee didn't wipe it off. We asked for a refund and was refused. We were only offered a credit for our next visit which won't happen. Geo refused to give out the managers name, he said the manager said not to reveal his name. Incompetence extends from the top down because of poor ownership and management this is why the employees act the way that they do. This establishment reeks of incompetence, and does not perform as promised I would avoid at all cost.

If you call, it's automated and refers you to the website, where the membership number is also required. To get a call back, you must also know the membership number. I have been though hundreds of these washes for over 5 years and NEVER had this happen. I couldn't drive anywhere since the bar was hanging over my windshield. Thank God it didn't break my windshield. The people in the office were not helpful. All they said was to give them my information. There is no customer service number. The manager was not helpful and how he is a manager I have no idea. The guy who came out to help take off the bar completely for me so I could drive home told me "I tightened up the machine to prevent this from happening." I do not recommend going to this wash.
