Geo promised me a full retraction of the rollers inside the car wash, and a touchless wash drive-through. This didn't happen. The vehicle was filthy after going through the wash. The employee didn't wipe it off. We asked for a refund and was refused. We were only offered a credit for our next visit which won't happen. Geo refused to give out the managers name, he said the manager said not to reveal his name. Incompetence extends from the top down because of poor ownership and management this is why the employees act the way that they do. This establishment reeks of incompetence, and does not perform as promised I would avoid at all cost.

We got no updates and the person working the front did not know the status and told us it was being painted on 4 different days. Two and a half weeks later it is painted and finished.The paint job is subpar with many imperfections.

Avoid if you value torque specs: I Took my car to Tidwell recently to have my wheels balanced and…read moredespite me leaving notes above the wheel arches specifying the lug nut torque spec (85lb-ft) and specifically asking the front desk to torque the nuts to spec. When I attempted to remove them a couple days later they were incredibly tight, and I ended up grabbing my torque wrench to see what it took to remove them - and every lug nut maxed out my wrench at over 190lb-ft... would be frustrating to have this happen from a cheap shop, but especially from a "premium" one like Tidwell. But that's not all. I then spent a few weeks (and a little over $1000) chasing down a cyclical tapping noise from somewhere in the driveline only to eventually have a shop discover that the wheel weights used were installed poorly because they didn't fit the rim profile correctly and were rattling about at certain speeds. They said the wheel weights should have been the stick on kind and not the clips for the rim shape. Worth mentioning that I had requested stick in weights because I prefer those anyway, but was told they didn't have any. I've used Tidwell before a few times and they're more expensive than most, so I thought I would be getting better service. This wasn't the only time they over torqued my lugs but it was the most extreme, and it will certainly be the last. I almost didn't bother with making this review, but discovering they botched the wheel weights was too much.

Simple oversight but needed to be corrected. I called and figured I would get nowhere with the issue. I was very much wrong as I have never seen a company who went above and beyond to make a customer satisfied/happy as Autobody Express did for me. I expected to meet resistance on it and they just took care of me, no questions asked. I will always use them should I need body work done again and I recommend them to anybody. He is exceptional at helping me understand what is going on with any given issue. He always gives me multiple options and informs me of any possible outcomes of each option. I've never met another mechanic that would take over 20 minutes on the phone helping me understand the problem and make an informed decision. They are always transparent on the parts and labor costs, and they warranty most every part that you get replaced with them. Matt, the owner, and his team are highly knowledgeable and they truly care about your vehicle running properly and safely.
