Worst place EVER!! The manager hides behind his employees. If I could give this place, zero stars,…read moreI would. Did not perform as promised. Geo promised me a full retraction of the rollers inside the car wash, and a touchless wash drive-through. This didn't happen. The vehicle was filthy after going through the wash. The employee didn't wipe it off. We asked for a refund and was refused. We were only offered a credit for our next visit which won't happen. Geo refused to give out the managers name, he said the manager said not to reveal his name. Incompetence extends from the top down because of poor ownership and management this is why the employees act the way that they do. This establishment reeks of incompetence, and does not perform as promised I would avoid at all cost.

Avoid if you value torque specs: I Took my car to Tidwell recently to have my wheels balanced and…read moredespite me leaving notes above the wheel arches specifying the lug nut torque spec (85lb-ft) and specifically asking the front desk to torque the nuts to spec. When I attempted to remove them a couple days later they were incredibly tight, and I ended up grabbing my torque wrench to see what it took to remove them - and every lug nut maxed out my wrench at over 190lb-ft... would be frustrating to have this happen from a cheap shop, but especially from a "premium" one like Tidwell. But that's not all. I then spent a few weeks (and a little over $1000) chasing down a cyclical tapping noise from somewhere in the driveline only to eventually have a shop discover that the wheel weights used were installed poorly because they didn't fit the rim profile correctly and were rattling about at certain speeds. They said the wheel weights should have been the stick on kind and not the clips for the rim shape. Worth mentioning that I had requested stick in weights because I prefer those anyway, but was told they didn't have any. I've used Tidwell before a few times and they're more expensive than most, so I thought I would be getting better service. This wasn't the only time they over torqued my lugs but it was the most extreme, and it will certainly be the last. I almost didn't bother with making this review, but discovering they botched the wheel weights was too much.

My car was scraped up by an elderly driver, and her insurance determined that I was 10% at fault…read more Her insurance cut me a check for what they estimated to be "90% of the repair costs," so naturally, my goal was to find someone that could repair the damage without me paying anything! I first visited a big, corporate repair location... a young dude wearing sport sunglasses walked out to my car, took one look at my front bumper and said, "Oh yeah, we'll need to replace that bumper, and that front panel, too. There's no way to fix those scratches." His estimated cost was at least 2.5x the insurance payout, meaning I'd need to pay the difference up front & submit the new higher estimate back to the insurance company. Plus, my 10% would've been really, really large. Then I went to Fishburn. The young man working that day looked at my car, carefully checked the paint color and said, "Okay, I can fix all of this. She did a number on this curve here, but I bet I can make it look right again." After checking over the figures, he gave me a price about $200 below the insurance check amount. I was stunned. I think I said "thank you" at least four times. He had my car ready in 4 days, and it looked brand new. I'll absolutely go back to Fishburn if I ever need work on my car again.
