This is the one in Longview by the Shell station on Marshall Avenue . If you're going here because they have free vacuums, don't bother. The vacuums don't work I taught to several employees, and finally, one was honest enough to let me know that the vacuums have not worked for two weeks and they have been trying to get them fixed. They're still taking your $10 for the basic wash thinking you're gonna get to be able to vacuum your car, but you won't just FYI. I live in Dallas, but come here to visit family in East Texas, and I have been to this car wash many times.but I won't be coming back. I went to the new location in Henderson, TX off HWY 79 by the Shell/Dennys. I can't find the business anywhere on maps or google or even here. So I am posting at this location. If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I went through this wash on April 30th and had the light bar on my Jeep torn off. I have been though hundreds of these washes for over 5 years and NEVER had this happen. I couldn't drive anywhere since the bar was hanging over my windshield. Thank God it didn't break my windshield. The people in the office were not helpful. All they said was to give them my information. There is no customer service number. The manager was not helpful and how he is a manager I have no idea. The guy who came out to help take off the bar completely for me so I could drive home told me "I tightened up the machine to prevent this from happening." I do not recommend going to this wash. And I still have not heard back from anyone. read more

my window was cracked while going through the wash an they are trying to tell me there is no way there wash done it but looking at camera footage I had no crack in my window before entering!! That is not right I need to be compensated!! How can you say nothing can do that to my window in your wash but it happenin your wash right is right I did nothing different from anyone else goin through the wash!!! read more

The one on Marshall Ave /highway 80 is the worst.. employee made the mistake of entering the wrong wash I wanted the one I always get employee might have made a mistake it happens when I tried to explain or correct it I was handled like I was being a difficult customer aka Karen so I try to communicate with the manager what occurred he then repeated same thing as I repeated how's that my fault.eventuallyvi was given a refund but asked never to return again when I said I would manager said good I'm glad..best part of her story is I work in the auto industry and il definitely be referring them else where ..btw I know it's just a car wash and $25.00 is not ALOT for some but for me it's alot it's not change I have lying around read more

They do not have a phone that they answer. Manager and staff are extremely rude. They keep charging my account for monthly service after I made 2 trips to site and told them to cancel. Now I have to go through the aggravation of canceling my card to keep them from using. I will never use this wash again. read more

I foolishly signed up for the unlimited car washes with an automatic debit payment. I have been trying for months to cancel the service. I have not been able to talk with a person on the phone. I have left voice messages regarding my desire to discontinue service with no response. Currently when I call, the phone just rings and rings with no voice mail pick up. I am now trying to discontinue the 29 dollar monthly debit through my bank. My advice, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE UNLIMITED CAR WASHES WITH AN AUTOMATIC DEBET TO YOUR ACCOUNT. When I first started using Watch masters, my car was very clean. I mistakenly signed up for a monthly package which I was told was only going to be $19.50 per month. After the first month, the price of the package auto renewed at $39. Once I started going regularly, I would notice places where my car still had dirty spots, and even bug guts still on the windshield. The young ladies and gentlemen who are working at the car wash are very nice; however, I have tried to cancel my monthly package for almost 4 months. I have called, gone to a page that said contact us and sent an email asking to cancel, and I have yet to receive a response. The phone is never answered. I noticed there are several other reviews who have stated they were not able to reach customer service to cancel their monthly subscriptions. I am thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau, Because a Business should have contact information if a customer wants to cancel services because they are unsatisfied.
