My truck was actually clean and looked better than it has from any other car wash I've been to. To top it off, it's cheaper than the place's I frequently go to. Geo promised me a full retraction of the rollers inside the car wash, and a touchless wash drive-through. This didn't happen. The vehicle was filthy after going through the wash. The employee didn't wipe it off. We asked for a refund and was refused. We were only offered a credit for our next visit which won't happen. Geo refused to give out the managers name, he said the manager said not to reveal his name. Incompetence extends from the top down because of poor ownership and management this is why the employees act the way that they do. This establishment reeks of incompetence, and does not perform as promised I would avoid at all cost.

Let me know what was going to happen and when and finished ahead of schedule. Very polite and awesome staff here. The work performed looks perfect. Can't complain about a thing. I hope I never have to be a customer again but if I need a body shop this will be it. Edit: Found a minor issue about a month after I received my vehicle back. Simple oversight but needed to be corrected. I called and figured I would get nowhere with the issue. I was very much wrong as I have never seen a company who went above and beyond to make a customer satisfied/happy as Autobody Express did for me. I expected to meet resistance on it and they just took care of me, no questions asked. I will always use them should I need body work done again and I recommend them to anybody. It is so nice to deal with a business that has integrity and really puts their customers first. Thank you.

I received consistent status checks for my car through calls and texts. And they were clear and concise as to what to expect for each phase of the repair process. I was especially impressed by their customer service, most notably Caitlin Williams, a true asset to the company. She was on point and always willing to go that extra mile to appease the situation. Her professionalism is impeccable and was reassuring, despite the fact my car had to be re-painted a second time. They met their promised dates and surprisingly, were a day early on the second pick up. My car looks brand new again and I would highly recommend their services!

Avoid if you value torque specs: I Took my car to Tidwell recently to have my wheels balanced and…read moredespite me leaving notes above the wheel arches specifying the lug nut torque spec (85lb-ft) and specifically asking the front desk to torque the nuts to spec. When I attempted to remove them a couple days later they were incredibly tight, and I ended up grabbing my torque wrench to see what it took to remove them - and every lug nut maxed out my wrench at over 190lb-ft... would be frustrating to have this happen from a cheap shop, but especially from a "premium" one like Tidwell. But that's not all. I then spent a few weeks (and a little over $1000) chasing down a cyclical tapping noise from somewhere in the driveline only to eventually have a shop discover that the wheel weights used were installed poorly because they didn't fit the rim profile correctly and were rattling about at certain speeds. They said the wheel weights should have been the stick on kind and not the clips for the rim shape. Worth mentioning that I had requested stick in weights because I prefer those anyway, but was told they didn't have any. I've used Tidwell before a few times and they're more expensive than most, so I thought I would be getting better service. This wasn't the only time they over torqued my lugs but it was the most extreme, and it will certainly be the last. I almost didn't bother with making this review, but discovering they botched the wheel weights was too much.
