What used to be a clean slate before, and then, after it flooded, a dump, became our pride and joy thanks to Robert, Dawid and their team. This has been our first extensive home project, and having them as our contractors made it that much more seamless and less stressful. We had a lot to get done within a specific time frame. Despite being booked for months in advance, Dawid found a slot to accomodate our project, and he and the crew knocked it out in 3 weeks. They even worked Saturdays and holidays to make sure it would be finished on time. Always punctual, hardworking, honest and respectful. We were in awe of their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Robert is a wiz at his craft, he accomodated several of our last minute ideas, made the impossible become possible in the nick of time. Dawid was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process, always communicated promptly despite his extremely busy schedule and always had an explanation, advice and an alternative on hand when needed. They even fixed numerous problems with our home that came to light during construction and weren't included in the original plan. Having this crew around brought much peace, confidence and enjoyment into what otherwise has been a stressful, challenging and testing time in our lives, having dealt with the flood, insurance company and our first major remodel. Other jobs were added as "required work" due to unforeseen issues; jobs were paid by us. After a couple of months work was left unfinished by contactor, with exposed electrical wires, and improperly instated fixtures. Months after abandoning the job and numerous complaints contractors showed up a couple of times in 2026 with excuses and promises to finish the job. It is now end of March and we still have open construction with exposed wires, at a point where a complaint with IL Attorney General was filled.

He said the bathroom would take one week to remodel; it took one month. Most of the time he had personal scheduling problem and when he did show up, he was always much later than he said he'd be arriving, then he'd work for a few hours and leave. Some of the work is good but give it time and soon you'll find all the costly mistakes that were made. When he installed my bathtub, he forgot to vacuum the debris out of the plumbing. I haven't been able to use my tub and it's been 4 years. What good is a bathroom when your plumbing is so clogged up by construction debris that you can't use your tub/shower? I also had an attic fan where the switch was located in the bathroom that was being renovated. Robert removed the switched and plastered over the hole. He has cut me off from my attic fan without permission. Robert had suggested I add several pot lights in the ceiling for better lighting. He made the holes for the lights, but I changed my mine. I apologized, but since I had paid for the lights, he's still getting paid for his time. Turns out, he took my pot lights with him. I don't mind paying for his labor, but those lights were included in what I paid, and he took those with him. He was often upset because I chose not to have everything white in my bathroom, well now I know why. I chose a color wall paint and later found out he used a clear caulk for the seam between the walls and the white trim, this means if I paint my walls a different color, you'll see the old color under the clear caulk. I'm going to have to remove all the clear caulk to paint, then re-caulk with a white caulk to match the trim. I would not recommend this company and wish I had not hired them/him. By the way, I don't appreciate that he posted pictures of my bathroom on facebook and had people make positive comments about it like it was their bathroom.

Al and his team paid attention to every detail, they were always courteous, and kept a clean job site. Al also provided updates on progress, and always made a point to discuss options during the demo and construction process. In the end, this is by far the best builder experience we've ever had. Al promised what he delivered and was very transparent through the duration of the project. We are completely happy with the quality and workmanship of our master bath.

We had a wonderful experience as the crews showed up every day and they were extremely professional and did quality work. The owner is very direct and lets you know what is going on whether you like it or not and resolves problems quickly. In spite of running into some major unforeseen issues, they were still able to complete the major renovation of our entire house without a major delay. This was our first experience, but we will use them again in the future.

Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. I definitely would not mind them coming back to do more work on my house! The end product of both bathrooms was phenomenal, especially my master bathroom. I've gotten comments that it looks and feels like a high-end hotel bathroom, which I think is one of the highest forms of praise! Even after our bathrooms were finished, Frank has made it clear that if there are any issues that come up, we could reach out to him.
