He even comped a drink; I'd ordered a butterfly haze drink and I don't think he heard me so it wasn't included in my original transaction, but he declined my order to charge me for it once I realized. Today was the last draw! He sat two women who came in after I did before me. Say what you will but "coincidentally" they were black and so is he! The feckless manager offered no help. This arrogant front man is mishandling his position while the manager retreats to the kitchen. I know several customers who have abandoned the Pikesville location for the Owings Mills facility.
