The first time we shopped there we used the self check out and the employees at the check out were very friendly and helpful. The second visit I had to buy a bunch of stuff for the house and again the employees inside the store were very helpful. However, I choose to go to the open lane with the cashier an older woman that was not helpful or pleasant and that experience for anyone to deal with is just unacceptable. Why work in retail if you can't stand the customers and try to make a point of insulting them and being surly? I am hoping that Walmart has additional complaints regarding that cashier and makes a change. There was another person that was also shopping said that she was always surly and unhelpful. Move her to a position where she doesn't deal with the public.

Shortly after leaving, my bank account was charged several times by a online cash app using my card and emptied my bank account. Yes I have contacted my bank and had to have a new card issued. However, the money has yet to be refunded and due to the change in debit card many wire transfers I was expecting and depending on were not able to go through. Now I have to wait until Monday to resolve my issues and the wire transfers may take months to clear up and I can not pay for my kids home or needs. Obviously there was a device placed on Register 53 and obviously when I called to alert the manager she was beyond rude and said to call customer service which of course no one answered. All she would have to do is check Register 53 for the device the records and steals the cards information. If no device was found then she could check the camera to see who was around register 53 after the store closed. But she would not do this. What kind of people do you have working as managerial staff?!! Why are you not implementing stronger security measures and at least having people to answer the phone when called?! Fix this please now! Also, only register #53 was open. They shut all others. Hmmm... User's recommendation: Don't use self check out or expect problems to be resolved at this store.
