Despite their promise of a quick and affordable installation, my experience has been a nightmare. Their design consultant, who initially appeared friendly, deceived us at every turn to secure the sale. We stressed the importance of uniformity in our window coverings on a new construction home, opting for a mix of motorized and manual blinds. The consultant assured us that her recommendations would match seamlessly. To add urgency, she claimed that a sale was ending the next day. After paying nearly $6k upfront, I discovered the color I selected was unavailable, and the design representative chose another without consulting me. When I questioned this, she conveniently claimed attempts to contact me, which never occurred. Customer service proved equally unhelpful, keeping me on hold for over an hour each time I called and delivering drastically different fabric swatches a week late. Despite the fabric mismatch and their deceptive practices, they refuse a full refund, hiding behind partial refund offers. Attempts to escalate the issue are met with vague promises from a manager who remains elusive. Adding insult to injury, I received an advertisement for the supposedly ending sale, exposing their dishonest tactics. In summary, 3 Day Blinds is not only expensive but utterly untrustworthy. Their customer support prioritizes sales over addressing issues and leaves you stranded once the deal is closed. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your window covering needs. We ordered blinds and shutters for 3 sliding doors and 2 windows March 15, 2023. We paid 75% of…read morethe $8,554 to get the order started. I had not heard from them, so I called in Mid May to check on the order. They said the order was in and they could install near Memorial weekend. This is our second home, so we flew from Colorado on a busy weekend to get the blinds installed in our Cape Coral condo. It cost us more than $2000 to fly here. When the installers came, they let us know 100% of the order was not measured correctly and none could be installed. I was not the only customer who had this happen. They remeasured, but we told them not to order because we were frustrated we spent so much time and money to get come for the install. Despite talking with the owner's husband, they ordered the items without our permission. When we came back to Florida in November, I checked on the order and scheduled the install. Once again, one of the shutter orders was incorrect, so they said they would rush the order. We rescheduled the final shutter for January 3rd. They called the morning of the appointment and said the shutter was incorrect again! Now we are coming up on 10 months and the job is not complete. They don't listen and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't waste your money or your time. Pick another vendor.
