I had not heard from them, so I called in Mid May to check on the order. They said the order was in and they could install near Memorial weekend. This is our second home, so we flew from Colorado on a busy weekend to get the blinds installed in our Cape Coral condo. It cost us more than $2000 to fly here. When the installers came, they let us know 100% of the order was not measured correctly and none could be installed. I was not the only customer who had this happen. They remeasured, but we told them not to order because we were frustrated we spent so much time and money to get come for the install. Despite talking with the owner's husband, they ordered the items without our permission. When we came back to Florida in November, I checked on the order and scheduled the install. Once again, one of the shutter orders was incorrect, so they said they would rush the order. We rescheduled the final shutter for January 3rd. They called the morning of the appointment and said the shutter was incorrect again! Now we are coming up on 10 months and the job is not complete. They don't listen and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't waste your money or your time. Pick another vendor.

I do NOT RECOMMEND this company…read more I had three type of hurricane shutters recently installed on my home in Cape Coral. These shutters were to replace the metal panels I had. I wanted shutters I could easily open and close by myself. Two months after installation hurricane Milton arrived. A couple of the Bahama shutter locking device did not line up with the bolt. Therefore, not all were bolted down with all the bolts they installed. 1 1/2 hours into the storm one accordion shutter opened. Luckily Milton winds for Cape Coral were half of what hurricane IANs were and lasted less than half the time of IAN. The next day I could not get two of my (5) new electric roll down shutters hand cranked up. I called Wild West a couple of days after the storm. The installation guys came out within a couple days to adjust. I asked them to tell the owner/manager that the lock pin on my accordion shutter's measures 3/8" and the whole they fit in is 1/2". I looked online and longer lock pins are available. I said to tell them I want longer lock pins for my 5 accordion shutters otherwise I will not feel safe during the next hurricane. A few days later I called their office number and ask what was the status of locks with longer pins for my accordion shutter? The lady said she will past my message on to the office. Today the installers showed up to tell me the owner said they could not get or have locks with longer pins. So the owner who states on their website that they personally go to all installations never came to my house. They also sent the installer to tell me instead of calling me himself. Very poor customer service!
