We just had our new plantation shutters installed yesterday. EVERY bit of our experience with AV and Yoly has been above & beyond! I called for an estimate & they arrived a few hours later, on time. They gave me an estimate & within the hour I called them to accept. They were very meticulous in measuring & the order came in perfect. We were told it could take about 2 1/2 weeks for the custom shutters to come in & sure enough 2 weeks later they called to let me know the order was in & wanted to come install them the next day. They were very neat & professional as they installed and were thankful to us for giving them the business. We are in the middle of remodeling our entire home. Inside & out. We have contractors all over this place and I have to mention that Payless is the only company that did everything they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it! Absolutely no surprises & the quality of the shutters is truly amazing! read more

We are extremely pleased with the plantation shutters we purchased for our entire house. AV and Yoly were at our house almost two years ago. We were looking at a large outdoor solar shade but Payless was honest enough to tell us that this was not their product portfolio and that we needed an outdoor system. We recently called them back for plantation shutters. WE had a custom drapery business in NE Ohio and are familiar with the high quality brand window treatments. Bottom line: high quality products, meticulous installation, good pricing and professional & courteous service. The difference between a good job and a great job is in the small details and they certainly addressed every detail. SIX STARS if possible! read more

Payless Verticals & Blinds and the husband/wife team of AV and Yoly are very kind, professional and they truly appreciate your business. Everything is done exactly to plan with no surprises, except pleasant ones! They go above and beyond for the customer and it means so much!. We had all new hurricane windows and doors placed after Irma. AV and Yoly had a large job to do in our home once the doors and windows were installed. We now have beautiful honeycomb/cellular shades throughout our house! If you are thinking about going with someone else, I advise you to give AV and Yoly a chance to earn your business. We were very happy with the results. read more

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the work AV and Yoly have done in our new home. They were highly recommended by our builder and they are simply the best! We had them install plantation shutters throughout the house and an accordian blind for the sliders, and like people have commented before AV and Yoly are perfectionists! They are both professional, efficient and hardworking. We were pleasantly surprised that their prices were less than we had expected and the products are of top quality. They have our highest recommendation! Do not hesitate to give them a call! read more

I agree with the gentleman who said he would give them 6 stars if he could. AV and Yoly were absolutely wonderful to work with, and they did a beautiful job. They came out to give me their estimate right after I called them, and in 4 weeks they came and installed them. Their goal is to install plantation shutters perfectly, and they did. Even my unusual windows were no match for them; each one had a perfect fit. They work quickly, efficiently, professtionally and clean up any debris and dust. It is a pleasure to recommend them read more

We have had Payless Verticals & Blinds do work for us a couple times. They are the BEST - friendly and professional!!! Our blinds are beautiful and they work very well. From the first contact with the owners through the installation the interactions are GREAT. They keep appointments, return phone calls in a very timely manner, and you only have to wait a week or so for the blinds to be installed. AV and Yoly's work is of high quality and their prices are good. I highly recommend Payless Verticals & Blinds. The Becks read more

AV and His wife are awesome. I was given their info from the people who sold us our home and was skeptical at first. I called two other companies and their prices were nearly double PLUS they estimated 3-4 weeks to get blinds made and installed. AV and his wife had ours installed in less than a week with an oversized slider AND several custom windows. They're fast and have great quality options and have so many options. This is definitely the company you want to use! read more

We only needed one blind (a rather large one) and found it difficult to find a store that would do just one at a reasonable cost. My husband found Payless Blinds on Angie's List. They were very accommodating - did not over charge and were more than efficient. They were professional and left everything in perfect condition. We are very pleased with their product and service and will use them again in the future. We are happy customers. Tony and Roberta read more

When you build a new house there are so many decisions to be made. The best decision we made was to choose Payless to do our shutters and blinds. A.V. I was introduced to A.V. and Yoly by my realtor and could not be happier. They visited my home and presented a wide selection of window covering samples. The quality of the blinds I chose were as good as any I had seen but at a much lower price. I was most impressed, however, by the meticulous care this couple took when installing each blind. A.V. would not leave until the installation was perfect and I was completely satisfied. read more

We love our blinds! AV and Yoly are outstanding. You can't get anyone better or more focused on what you need. The blinds came in faster than we were expecting and are perfection. Please don't go to anyone else. These 2 people are what great business people are all about and the prices are definitely affordable. We appreciated the extra instruction on how to keep our verticals always working and looking great. read more

AV and Jolie provide exceptional customer service and installation. AV's penchant for detail is amazing. The upper casement was aligned with the blinds and caulked to perfection. The slats in each section of the blinds lined up perfectly. My oversized window required 4 sections of blinds because of the width, however when you look at the window it looks like one blind that is 12 feet wide!! I highly recommended! read more
