Their design consultant, who initially appeared friendly, deceived us at every turn to secure the sale. We stressed the importance of uniformity in our window coverings on a new construction home, opting for a mix of motorized and manual blinds. The consultant assured us that her recommendations would match seamlessly. To add urgency, she claimed that a sale was ending the next day. After paying nearly $6k upfront, I discovered the color I selected was unavailable, and the design representative chose another without consulting me. When I questioned this, she conveniently claimed attempts to contact me, which never occurred. Customer service proved equally unhelpful, keeping me on hold for over an hour each time I called and delivering drastically different fabric swatches a week late. Despite the fabric mismatch and their deceptive practices, they refuse a full refund, hiding behind partial refund offers. Attempts to escalate the issue are met with vague promises from a manager who remains elusive. Adding insult to injury, I received an advertisement for the supposedly ending sale, exposing their dishonest tactics. In summary, 3 Day Blinds is not only expensive but utterly untrustworthy. Their customer support prioritizes sales over addressing issues and leaves you stranded once the deal is closed. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your window covering needs.
