3 Day Blinds has not only provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced but has proven to be nothing short of con artists. Despite their promise of a quick and affordable installation, my experience has been a nightmare. Their design consultant, who initially appeared friendly, deceived us at every turn to secure the sale. We stressed the importance of uniformity in our window coverings on a new construction home, opting for a mix of motorized and manual blinds. The consultant assured us that her recommendations would match seamlessly. To add urgency, she claimed that a sale was ending the next day. After paying nearly $6k upfront, I discovered the color I selected was unavailable, and the design representative chose another without consulting me. When I questioned this, she conveniently claimed attempts to contact me, which never occurred. Customer service proved equally unhelpful, keeping me on hold for over an hour each time I called and delivering drastically different fabric swatches a week late. Despite the fabric mismatch and their deceptive practices, they refuse a full refund, hiding behind partial refund offers. Attempts to escalate the issue are met with vague promises from a manager who remains elusive. Adding insult to injury, I received an advertisement for the supposedly ending sale, exposing their dishonest tactics. In summary, 3 Day Blinds is not only expensive but utterly untrustworthy. Their customer support prioritizes sales over addressing issues and leaves you stranded once the deal is closed. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your window covering needs. I will never use 3-Day blinds again. I would give a zero star if I could. Our windows were measured wrong, so the blinds don't fit correctly. There are pretty big gaps on the sides but most of all, they don't close evenly on the sill. I told the installer the day he was putting them in. He said it was because the windows weren't square. I pointed out to him that the other blinds had fit correctly, with no problem. He said there was nothing he could do about it. He did call the sales person at that time to tell her what was going on. She told him to tell us she'd get back to us. We waited. She didn't. I called her after about a week, she said she'd look into it. We waited another two weeks, nothing. Called her again and she acted surprised that nobody got back to us then told me she'd get management involved. That was a few weeks ago. I called 3 Day Blinds and left a message, still nothing from anybody. I've never dealt with anything like this before. I understand we can't return them because they are "custom", at this point, we just want someone to come out and at least try to adjust them, to see if they fit any better. Still waiting, still nothing! I'm not one to leave reviews but, due to the expense of being power shades, I don't want anybody else ending up being in debt, stuck with a bad product and so very dissatisfied. read more

Well it started well enough, and we signed for our shades and shutters. A large order at almost 10K. From there it went downhill fast. We were told by sales/designer person who came to our house and even wrote on our paperwork that shades would a a few days and the shutters a couple of weeks and should be installed no later than 4 weeks from that date as it was all on the computer instantly. That was the biggest lie ever. It took additional 7 weeks from the expected 4 weeks, total of almost 3 months. Finally when they arrived one of the shutter frame was damaged. Was told maybe a week 2 at most as it was a replacement of frame only. That also took 4 weeks. Another Lie. During this time we made several calls to customer service, checking on order , original and the replacement . Most times we had to remind them of the previous conversation, since you reached different people and all they wanted was to get you off the line. There was no apology or anything. Mind we had signed for order and were being charged interest since then, and we were paying, good thing it was under deferred interest if paid before a certain time, which it has been So my big complain is the complete lie just to get a sale, the attitude of customer service, which could have cared less. They already had the money. So why deal with a customer, right. One thing I must say that was good, was the installers all 3 different installers were outstanding. My recommendation is deal with a local company. 3 day blind is too big and has no ethics. 3 day blinds should be call 3 day hustle. I will be a walking commentator as to why not to deal with them. Maybe it was our sales person, but customer service could have handled differently. Just look at the amount of customers who have been in the same position, so its not a one time issue. AVOID the headaches, do yourself a favor. Move on. read more

AVOID this company. We ordered thousands of dollars worth of blinds in November 2024. It has been 103 days since our order and the blinds are still not installed in our home. Hired 3 day blinds to install some new drop down blinds in our tv room. It really helps with keeping the sun out ! We got to pick the style and color. We worked with Heather who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the blinds. The guy who installed was very professional and showed us how to charge properly. We would recommend if you're looking for remote controlled drop down blinds. read more

On November 7,2023 a Design Consultant came to my home at my request. She was professional, polite and seemed to be knowledgeable about the product. I ordered two draperies with rods to be installed in our Florida home. I agreed to pay $6,261.41. I placed a deposit of $3,193.88 before she left that day. Believe it or not, my order was completed on March 26,, 2024!!! Between the day of the original order and the actual completion I was astonished at the poor customer service, the incorrect measuring , the delays in fulfilling my order and the fact that they charged my credit card the balance I owed before completing the job. In my opinion this company is over-priced, unprofessional and truly not customer oriented. I do not recommend them and I shall never order from them again. read more

I had a whole house installment on Wednesday. Some of the blinds do not fit and the installer placed several holes in the walls after many attempts to hang them. After his final large mistake he grabbed all his things and fled the house. Contacted my "Design Consultant " Sara Morin who in a text said she couldn't believe this happened and elevated the matter to her District Manager. Have had no contact since. I am pleased to submit a new review of 3-Day Blinds after the one star rating I previously gave. I must admit that their customer support is outstanding. Jennifer reached out and she did everything possible to resolve my situation. We came to a resolution and I am satisfied. I recommend 3 Day Blinds as long as you have a sales person that knows the business better than mine did. Had Tammy followed my order, there would have never been a misunderstanding of measurements. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. One thing you can trust is that management will respond to your review if less than satisfactory and will make it right. 3 Day Blinds???? Try 3 YEAR BLINDS! I ordered Plantation shutters from the Fort Meyer, Fl location on February 11, 2021 and was told they would be installed in beginning of May. They came to install on June 4th!! And guess what? all 7 windows were measured incorrectly. The new installation company came out to measure....a month later and I was told the new order would be in by end of July as a rush order. Just got a call saying now they will be in the end of August or early September. Doesn't seem like a 'rush order' to me! If they do come by September I would have waited 7 months for my order. We purchased motorized blinds for our sliding doors, back on12/18/19. About 3 weeks ago, one of the blinds quit working in the up position. I have contacted Mary Ann Dineen, Sales Consultant for 3Day Blinds twice by text. She said she would turn in over to Customer Service. No further response. Called customer service at least 10 times, but no answer. Called Warranty claims, no answer. I then e mailed them. They did reply back starting they had no record of the purchase. They wanted a copy of an invoice, which I was never given. May 6th. I texted Mary Ann and requested a copy of an invoice on May 4th, but have yet to receive a reply. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. On top of that no over company will work their products. read more

Horrible. We set up appointment a week in advance so we could potentially order and get blinds during our week in ft Myers. Appointment was at 430 and we scheduled one of our vacation days to make sure we were home. Guess what? At 430 Tammy Smith called and said she was busy with another customer and an hour away. I did the math and she could have figured this out earlier than 1 minute before or appointment. I have no interest in spending my money with a company that could care less about my time. We ordered from 3 Day Blinds on October 29th. It is now December 6th and our large vertiglide shade for my slider is still not installed. They call themselves 3 day Blinds but the shades and blinds did not arrive until the week of Thanksgiving. (That's three weeks, not three days) Then the installer came out but wasn't prepared to complete the job because he didn't have the proper tools. Also, the original salesperson failed to inform my husband or myself that our front window shades would not cover the whole window and are hanging lopsided due to the frame of the door. The salesperson should know better than to let us pick something that wouldn't meet our needs. A customer service person responded to my immediate request to replace the shades and get the vertiglide shade installed but told me I had to pay extra for new window treatments. It has now been over two weeks since the first install and my original complaint and I have not heard back from anyone in customer service and the vertiglide shade for my slider is still not installed. I should also add that even though the job has not been completed, they charged us in full and have been paid in full due to my husband signing the original contract that states they can charge out credit card after the install is complete. It isn't complete but they still charged us anyway. This company has terrible customer service, incompetent salespeople and inferior products. I am a realtor in the area and I will never use this service again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Terrible customer service. If you need parts or service, even for warranty work you can't get hold of them. No one answers calls or returns messages. The only department that answers their phone is sales and they can't help. Even the salesperson doesn't return calls or emails. Once they have your money, that's it. There were 2 roller shades required for one picture window because the window was too big by 1/8th of an inch per the salesperson. She ordered one side rolled over and one side rolled under which resulted in a huge gap. The installers had to re roll the shades by hand. Qualityof product is below average and the installation company is below average. And forget about thinking you'll get the blinds in 3 days, more like 6 weeks if you're lucky.Would never recommend. Probably will junk the blinds and move on. read more

This company's work was absolutely unacceptable. Besides doing a shoddy job they left before the job was complete. when contacted they wouldn't commit to a date to come back. We were incredibly disappointed with three day blinds in our new home in Cape Coral Florida. We had them in our home in Akron Ohio and we're happy with them. However this experience in Florida has been nothing less than terrible. terrible service, terrible follow up just all the way around a bad experience I certainly cannot recommend them. They came out to install the blinds and come to find out that 2 were made incorrectly. That was basically three weeks ago now and we still don't have replacement blinds and on top of that we paid the extra fee for the actual three day manufacturing and here we are three weeks later and the blinds still are not complete and installed For the money we spent on these blinds I expected much much more we put blinds throughout our whole new home. This company has serious problems. I would NEVER recommend them. First the blinds were ordered 5/16/2022. They of course were back ordered. June 27, 2022 a very nice installer came and installed the blinds. The problem at that point was they were 9 inches too short. The installer said he would call it in right away and I would here from 3-Day Blinds regarding the replacement. I have called 3-day Blinds customer service just about every day since. They have no record of the incorrect size and no new measurements. I also called the phone number on the invoice for the installer, Sunshine Blinds, It is not a working number. Designer was terrible loads of problems company unresponsive We ordered 3 blinds designer promised to attend installation as we were going back to our main home end of season. The installation was delayed. Don't think she attended and one blind was not suitable for the bedroom window. 3 day blinds were terrific on that one and replaced it quickly and without cost. Second blind gapes at the bottom either designer mismeasured it or they installed it wrong as it is wider by 1 1/2 inches from top to bottom let's in light and defeats its purpose. Company ignores all my contacts. Avoid at all costs or at least make sure you have a good designer Suzanne Landis let us down. read more

Wow... Slick website and that's about it! Placed an order for almost $8000 in blinds and window shades. The company made an appointment to "re-measure" before production. The two hour appointment window came and went....no one showed, no one called. They were so arrogant and inflexible that they wouldn't reschedule for weeks. Not sure what the name "3 days" really means. For certain, thus far the customer service SUCKS. Making an appointment and the not showing up is really inexcusable. It took 6 weeks after that I really didn't like them it took me another 4 weeks to get a customer service manager to approve me to order shutters which I did on March 3, 2018 as of yet I have not recieved them. When my sales person got est of arrival to be June 5-12 I told her this wouldn't work as I was leaving Florida on June 9th. I have called and called finally someone told me they were coming from China. I was never ever told that was were they were being made there. Would never had bought them. I finally goy to speck to a supervisor. He told me he would check into this for me took him 5 days for me to get a hold of me he told me it was in route didn't know when it would arrive. This company is the worst ever, they are located in California and have local consultants, Suzanne was my consultant and lied that their vertical blinds and plantations shutters were life time warranty/ never could give me that in writing. I ordered vertical custom blind for sliding glass door and when they installed them they could not open or closed and they have to do over again. Forget trying to talk to someone it is unbelievable. I canceled my shutters order and they claim to put in my account 4 days ago/ never received it. Stay away from this company it is a nightmare. They had no problems taking out of my account and now there is a problem putting it back. They are unbelievable!!! read more

Add me to the list of people who cannot get their blinds in a reasonable time. I ordered Feb 26 with installation estimated Mar 16-24. Not three days but still okay. These were for our vacation home and I was emphatic they needed to be installed by the end of March. Now March 24 and was told they shipped today, 5-7 days for delivery. The installers are booking two weeks after they receive delivery. If any of that happened on time it would be three weeks from now and we will have gone back home. I told the rep earlier in the week if they couldn't get them here in time that I wanted to cancel. Of course they said I couldn't cancel a custom order. Now if they were sincere in getting these to me, they could have overnighted them and worked with the installer To get an expedited date. No customer service. This is a second rate operation. I will say my sales person, Kim, was lovely, I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and they are investigating. Heaven only knows how this will work out. read more
