Would use again!!! Would highly recommend!!!!…read more We are doing a complete remodel. Everything from the ceilings down! New kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances... Tile, baseboards, paint, and furniture. As with any job the further you proceed - the more you want to do. The floor tile has not even been grouted yet and we're gonna remodel the fireplace now. Beginning with a new larger hearth. Regrettably we used Countertop & More for the kitchen and the experience was enough to make me never want to deal with another similar company. We have a small scrap from our counters and found AN EXACT MATCH at Fine Countertops. We knew it was incalculable odds and were visibly excited. Even without a Poker Face, Daniell was happy to negotiate for the price of the stone with patterning and installation included! The pattern was done and every aspect of the process has had respect for our time and schedule. You simply cannot expect more. Great people! Great ethics! Happy to negotiate! Professional and affordable.

I have done a fair amount of business with Norris. However, I will no longer do so…read more First, I ordered a cocktail table from the floor. When it was delivered, it was a different table that had been sitting elsewhere, and the white pearl-like top was now yellowed. Norris apologised and took it back. It took over a month to get a refund after several inquiries. Second, I ordered and paid for custom drapes for a window. Two days later, I found that we may be relocated and tried to in the cancel the order, but was told it was too late as the material had already been ordered. When I asked to have the material shipped to me anyway with the thought of using it in the new location, I was told they were able to cancel, but I had to pay a restocking fee of $529 (this amount included cordered material that could not be canceled that arrived TWO weeks later). Third, I ordered a console after seeing one I liked in the store. It was a custom build and took four months to get. When it arrived, the paint was unevenly applied and looked as if it had been sprayed on, dripped down, and coagulated on the bottom of the doors. This made them look dirty (see attached pic). Norris sent a tech out to try to repair the look, but was unable to do so. I was told it was an artifact of the color I selected, which was different from the floor sample, which, of course, was pristine. There was no offer to refund or replace the item. All of these activities took place in the spring of this year. I have delayed posting a review to give Norris time to reflect and correct, which they have not done. On the positive side, we ordered custom-made kitchen table and chairs, which we are very happy with, as well as a living room carpet. So, I suggest that anyone who deals with Norris be alert.

I'm in the construction industry and notified him of several times of potential issues a month in advance and all he would say was "it's no problem we can handle it when we come to install" well, I ended up canceling two large marble vanity tops causing them to lose thousands in sales because they couldn't come up with a solution and then had multiple issues with the installation of the kitchen countertops. granted, I had a few out of the ordinary situations but, his lackadaisical I don't care attitude was frustrating beyond belief. ultimately I had to fix one of the issues in the kitchen myself and am contracting a new countertop company to install the vanity tops. I would highly recommend you use another company or at the very least not use Matt. And if whoever owns Stone Factory sees this, You better watch Matt closely because he is loosing you thousands in revenue. I just noticed that the waterfall edges on our island have a 1/2" gap between the cabinets and the waterfall! We bought the entire kitchen cabinets and all the marble from these guys and I cant get them to return to address these issues. I was contacted by Wayne after I initially posted this review and he said not to worry they'd make it right. after multiple phone calls I can't get an appointment set with him to come out to view the issues and come up with a solution. This situation continues to get worse. Oh and by the way, they advertise the sell kitchen cabinets but, its not them its someone else so don't be fooled into thinking your dealing with a one stop shop who has internal employees doing the work. Everything is subcontracted out to 3rd party installers. I'll update this if Wayne ever shows up to address the issues.
