The noise level in my house has lessened which is great. It took some time to get them, but Joe LeLoup the owner always got back to me almost immediately, when ever I had a question. From start to finish, it was a smooth transition! Loved my sales girl, the install guys, and of course the owner! The windows are great, and about 8 months after install I had a tough time getting the windows open, as they are heavy and i am not that strong. Joe sent out his most experienced installer Randy and he fixed everything for me. He continued to work on it until I felt they were easy to open. I refer him to all of my friends or anyone needing windows or Lanai doors etc. Joe has been great! Even when I was a pain! LOL I highly recommend them, as they are the most honest, professional window company in SW FL. And, if you live in Florida, you know that is very hard to find! Every time someone from FWG's comes to look at what the previous guys did they point out a bunch of mistakes they made, but they would get right on it and get back to me when they could complete the job. Started out great. Friendly, Attentive, professional. They ordered the wrong doors. they did reach…read moreout to see if I would accept the doors at a slightly higher price since they were impact doors. I agreed. They came and installed them. After the installation there were a few issues. Doors were missing hardware, Screw holes uncovered, screw holed damaged, broken floor tile (and never said anything about it). Doors have a gap you can see outside light. Called the office spoke to Anne and she scheduled me for someone to come by and asses. Guy came by and noticed all the mistakes. said he was going to go to Home Depot to get some material and never came back. Called Anne a week later. She said that they were getting the material from the warehouse. I told her I had no Idea no one said anything. She apologized and said she'll get on it. Here is it 2 weeks later and no communications. Tried calling and no one answers my calls. seems like they are screening my calls. cant get a hold of anyone. I've let messages and nothing. This review is my next first step. If I don't hear from 360. Next step is BBB. and then I'll take a more direct course of action. BE CAREFUL I have pictures and recordings to back me up.

I called 10 companies as well as used the big manufacturer's "Find a Dealer" pages that send my…read moreinfo out, etc. Most of their contractors robo-responded with text messages. 6 called. 4 showed up to get measurements so they could give an estimate. Only 3 ever sent estimates. Absolute sent 3 different estimates with 3 different manufacturer options. And every one of those options was VERY competitively priced! They also made it clear we could piecemeal the work (just do doors first, then windows... or just a couple windows at first, etc). They were VERY accomodating and willing to work within any financial issue that may have been cause for concern. In the end we went with all 16 windows, a 3-panel slider, a French door, and a slider being converted to French doors being replaced with hurricane glass/windows. My windows had a bit of a catch that made the contracting a bit more problematic but they rolled with it. The office staff was amazing at every step. "Responsive" doesnt even begin to cover it. When the work finally got started, we had a slider being converted to French door, and a previously installed French door that was done improperly. They knocked out the windows within a week. When they realized the installer had issues with the French doors, they sent another team out to help. They showed up at least 3 times to fix the issues from previous contractors (not from Absolute!) shoddy work and did not leave until the work was done right. They realized THEY made a slight mistake on one French door and didnt cut corners!! They removed and replaced both doors so the job was done right!! I don't recall all their names but definitely Ginger, Joyce, Shawna, Greg, and his partner as well as the other 2 from "Crew #2" that came out for the doors.. all deserve a raise for the stuff they dealt with in regards to my particular doors and windows. Ginger would have to be top of that list. She was ALWAYS communicating. I have dealt with a lot of contractors here in SWFL and can say I have NEVER come across a company that seems to treat every portion of the process, from sales to install, as if the house being worked on was their own. FHIA put in a front door and hurricane slider for me. Was going to the front door to turn off a…read moresprinkler and the foyer was filled with water. I called and it took months for them to come back out and supposedly fix. Then I was cleaning off the front and of course water came thru the door again. I had it with them so a friend gave me a name. It was Sonny from Access Door and class. He spent several hours pulling all of the sill, etc off. He then put caulk where none had been before putting down the sill, caulked the nails, added a sweep because the door was not opening the correct way. Sonny did a beautiful job and I would recommend him highly. He also told me I could sue because they didn't build the door to open to the outside, but the inside. I Especially with the trouble and neglect from FHIA. I would never recommend them to do any work on any home.

They were quick to answer my questions. 2-3 days later we had other companies to follow up. We did take the time to get 3-4 estimates all seemed pretty much in line. The difference was John came to our house 2 times Once was to introduce products of windows Impact screens and then John came back 2nd time to review job and cost. We decided to go with Drill Sergeant after 3 other companies actually sent us their estimates by email and no to very little follow up. Then John explained all their procedures once more. To our surprise John explained that our final inspection would be preformed by Brett he is the Supervisor and Forman that inspects all jobs for Final Inspection "3 times" This eliminate 99% of any issues before ordering our windows, door and 2 impact screens. The constant communication and follow up we never had to call! Quality of workmanship and materials was as we expected. Installer was very neat. Did a great job and everything fit as all the extra efforts were really worth it to us. Would highly recommend this company for quality, service, price and workmanship.
