We arranged for them to come by on Sunday morning. On the day of the appointment, they called to confirm the visit and informed me they would arrive at approximately 11:00 AM. Service Mason arrived and looked at our sliding doors, providing a thorough estimate for the repair. He explained that he could fix the doors immediately, and I agreed to proceed. The entire job, which involved removing both doors and replacing all the wheel assemblies, was completed in just under an hour. Summary Mason demonstrated professionalism throughout the visit, worked very efficiently. Payment was handled promptly, and our doors now operate as if they are brand new. From start to finish, it was a smooth transition! Loved my sales girl, the install guys, and of course the owner! The windows are great, and about 8 months after install I had a tough time getting the windows open, as they are heavy and i am not that strong. Joe sent out his most experienced installer Randy and he fixed everything for me. He continued to work on it until I felt they were easy to open. I refer him to all of my friends or anyone needing windows or Lanai doors etc. Joe has been great! Even when I was a pain! After the installation there were a few issues. Doors were missing hardware, Screw holes uncovered, screw holed damaged, broken floor tile (and never said anything about it). Doors have a gap you can see outside light. Called the office spoke to Anne and she scheduled me for someone to come by and asses. Guy came by and noticed all the mistakes. said he was going to go to Home Depot to get some material and never came back. Called Anne a week later. She said that they were getting the material from the warehouse. I told her I had no Idea no one said anything. She apologized and said she'll get on it. Here is it 2 weeks later and no communications. Tried calling and no one answers my calls. seems like they are screening my calls. cant get a hold of anyone. I've let messages and nothing. This review is my next first step. If I don't hear from 360. Next step is BBB. and then I'll take a more direct course of action. BE CAREFUL I have pictures and recordings to back me up.

Our experience with Luke during the sales process was such a breath of fresh air. It was informational, relaxed, and completely pressure-free, which was very different from many of the other experiences we had while getting estimates. Luke's years of experience and credentials spoke for themselves, as did the countless glowing five-star reviews. He gave us the information we needed, answered all of our questions, and then simply told us to reach back out when we were ready. After getting more than six estimates, we knew Luke was our guy. His pricing was fair, his knowledge was impressive, and we ultimately chose CLA for both our front and back impact doors and our impact windows. Once we placed our deposit and scheduled installation, Luke's exceptional customer service didn't stop. Less than a week later, he called to let us know our installation date needed to be shifted because of a production delay. He continued to check in before installation and walked us through everything we needed to do to prepare--which honestly wasn't much! My husband was blown away by how well the crew communicated, how efficiently they worked together as a team, and how creatively they handled an unexpected challenge. We had a block-glass window replaced with a traditional window, which left us with a large gap in the drywall. Since we aren't quite ready to remodel that area yet, Luke came up with a creative and beautiful solution that looks so much better than leaving an eyesore for the next several years while we save for the remodel. That kind of problem-solving and customer care says so much about the company. Not to mention when I came home our house was so clean that I thought that my husband cleaned, but no CLA took fantastic steps to keep our house dust free. You didn't even know they were there!
